My water heater went out. First American Home Warranty chose this company for my repair. They scheduled it for 6 days out. Yes, that's 6 days with no hot water!

We arranged an appointment for between 3:00pm to 5:00pm. On the day they were supposed to arrive, they stated they do not have an appointment arranged or it was arranged by mistake! Now they want 2 more days to come and inspect it.

I tried calling them multiple times to confirm the appointment but their voicemail is full. That tells you what type of company this is. One that lacks communication and customer service skills.

My garbage disposal started leaking, and Hill's general plumbing was able to replace it within 20 minutes (if that). The appointment scheduling was simple and hassle free, and Alex replaced the broken equipment quickly, explained what he did, and left the area clean. satisfied customer!

I do not generally give bad reviews for companies and always try to give them the benefit of the doubt. However, my experience with this company warranted a negative review.

This business was referred to us by our home warranty company. This business was almost an hour late for the initial evaluation and never showed up or even called for our first scheduled install date. I then had to call them to get a new install date on the calendar. Subsequently, on each of our two "" scheduled"" follow-up install dates they telephoned at or near their arrival time to say they did not even have our replacement parts. They also closed out the job at one point and reported it as finished, but had never returned following the initial evaluation date. They were very spotty with answering their phone and at times their voicemail was full. Additionally, they had a terrible track record for calling us back and following through with their promises.

The job was never done and after about a month of waiting, I cancelled the work order myself through our home warranty company. My overall experience with this company was very frustrating and I would not recommend them.

I hired their services to replace a garbage disposal. The job was done in an efficient and timely manner. Not only Alex who showed up to the appointment was friendly, but he sent me updates about the job until he arrived. I am extremely appreciative of their great services and I highly recommend them.

Got them through my home warranty. Came out and replaced a garbage disposal. The new one was faulty and leaking. Not their fault. I get it. But they could have replaced another one. They didnt. They said they cant get a new one. They asked me to call manufacture myself. I did. Manufacturer said i have to go through another 3rd party installer and i may have to pay for service. Another option manufacturer said was they could have sent out a brand new disposal free but i have to install myself. Which means Hills could have just replaced a new disposal for me but chose not to do it. Waste of time. Been 3 weeks, disposal still not working and now i have to wait on another installer.

I would highly recommend this business. They came quick for a toilet leak fixed the pry quickly and it works great now .

Came out after getting paid for the work through my home owners insurance and never fixed the problem recommended a valve be change, but couldn't do the work. Then came back out and refused to do the work unless paid for it after already being paid for never fixing the problem in the first place. Highly dissatisfied
