We had a broken drain pipe and received some really strange and expensive recommendations from other plumbers and a friend told us about Tim...he was responsive and when he came out was very concise about what needed to be done and gave us confidence in his review...said it might be a couple of days but called back and sent his team out within a couple of hours...Tims technician Sam did an amazing job and we are good to go without a big bunch of B$ that we got from the other plumbers...recommend Tim and Team highly!

These guys are awesome! I called and Tim showed up less than 30 minutes later to snake our sewer line and run a scope down the line to see what was going on. He was knowledgeable and super efficient. The prices are also very reasonable. I'll definitely be calling them in the future.

This service is exceptional. Hillis was the only plumber that bothered to call us back when we had an issue with a kitchen sink on a Saturday. Called at 8 am and the sink was fixed by 11 am. Technician was very professional and prompt and the fee was appropriate. I highly recommend.

if i could give more than 5 stars i would!!! I was beside myself with a plumbing issue at 4pm on a Saturday expecting to wait until Monday or Tuesday to resolve the issue and the kitchen a disaster area. They talked me through my issue and how to fix it over the phone. no need to come out, problem solved. I owe Hills Plumbing big time! Honest people, you cannot ask for better.

Great work, thorough, fairly priced (and less expensive than all other quotes I got). I called Tim after another plumber canceled last minute. All the other places quoted me a minimum of $125 to snake a slow kitchen sink, with most saying it would depend on whether the p trap had to be taken out or whether it was a Sunday job, and some claiming they couldn't give me an estimate until the tech was on-site. Some places started at $185.

Tim quoted me $90 regardless of Sunday or p trap, which he stuck to even when he had to snake it a couple times to clear the clog. He showed up 90 minutes after I called him and did a great job. I'll be recommending him to friends (and to my landlord).

I am not a Hillis Plumbing customer, they actually could not help me the backed up toilet at our office, but they did come and try to snake the drain. They attempted to service and when they could not they said no charge and told me what to ask for with another plumbing service. They stopped by the office on the way to another scheduled call, they were so friendly and kind enough to pop on by to try to help out.

Hillis has helped me out in a pinch on more than one occasion. My house sprung two major leaks in the last year, one in the bathroom and one in the kitchen, and on both occasions I was able to receive assistance immediately. I was given sound advice over the phone and had the leaks repaired within an hour both times. I strongly recommend Hillis Plumbing!

I was told that replacing my shower faucet would resolve the high squeaky sound whenever I turned it on, so I called Hillis 2 weeks ago because of the 5 star Yelp rating. They told me they cant come out until a week later, and since my issue wasnt an urgent one, I went ahead and took that appointment. I made arrangements so I could stay home for the scheduled appointment.

On the day of the appointment, no one showed up and no one called. So I called Hillis and they said they had an emergency, so we scheduled another appointment for the following day. Again I made arrangements for the appointment, and again, no show and no phone calls. This time there was only voice message when I called them, and I decided I dont want to do business with Hillis any longer.

Perhaps they felt the job would be too small for them to come out, but it was totally unprofessional to set up any appointment that they never intended to fulfull. Originally I was thinking that if Hillis did a good job, I would also have them replace my water heater since it was over 10 years old and seemed to have more and more difficulty heating water, as I have been needing to turn the heat setting higher and higher, even annual maintenance in the past 2 years stopped resolving the issue. But I would rather give my business to people who are more reliable and trustworthy than Hillis.
