Tim and his crew were lifesavers. We had a huge leak and they came very quickly. They found the hole under the house within a day and plugged. They were all very friendly and helpful even showing my curious son what they were doing. They even came right back when we ran into unrelated problems with our water heater right after they left. Highly recommend!

As a landlord, they responded to a call within 24 hours to help my tenant. Since I wasn't present at the time of their visit ( I was at work), I mailed a check for their work done on 1/8/21. The check was cashed on 1/21/21. On Sunday, 1/24/21, a man with long hair and goatee shows up on my doorstep, (MASKLESS in the height of COVID) yelling at husband ""scumbag"", ""F---you,"" throws a piece of paper at him (the invoice with an orange post it note that says ""the check was mailed on Monday"").
We tried to call them to make them aware they cashed my check, and they refuse to answer their phone.

Do you really want this person in your house?

I'm concerned he will retaliate and now do something to my home. That's how this guy acted.

Willis, and the team are 5 star... I had a leak in my water heater tank, within the hour of a phone call, they were at my house to diagnose the issue... And by the next day, my new tankless water heater was FULLY INSTALLED!!! ... See the picture for the brilliant craftsmanship.... Also. Willis informed me about rebates for tankless. Above and beyond the call of duty!

Amazing guy and company. The landlord ended up choosing a different plumber despite my thoughts on the matter and he didn't charge for the work he had already done and just said best of luck like a great guy. The landlord double checked his opinion and he was spot on.

I found Tim's information and accolades about his work in my neighborhood NextDoor app. True to the reviews, Tim was very responsive. He and his associate Mike reseated two toilets, put in two bathroom faucets, and put back sink in one of my vanities. They did excellent work and what I appreciated as much was the cleanliness with which they worked. During these covid times, it was extremely important! Pricing was very reasonable as well. Incredible customer service, highly recommend!! We had Sam come to our house to install a new sink faucet, fix the plumbing under the sink, as well as change out our shower fixture. Sam explained everything and was so kind to us, he even gave us a few plumbing tips for the future!! Tim and Sam are fair, honest people and are our go-to plumbers for everything!!

Tim Hillis is fantastic--knowledgeable, super nice, honest and reasonably priced. We had a plumbing emergency caused by the negligence of another plumbing company right before we were supposed to go out of town. It was a Friday night and I frantically called multiple plumbers for help. Tim got back to me quickly and came out to fix things the next morning. He hydrojetted our outdoor area drain and replaced a section of pipe. There was supposed to be a big rain storm when we were gone and even though he assured me that the drain was completely repaired, I was still worried since we would not be home to make sure it was functioning properly during the big storm. So while we were out of town, Tim came by our house both days of the storm to check that the drain was functioning perfectly and texted me to let me know everything was fine. It was incredibly kind and such a huge relief and it allowed us to enjoy our trip without worry. I can't recommend him highly enough!
