My water heater sprung a leak and via a friend's recommendation I reached out to Tim on Saturday morning. He was at my house within an hour helping me clean up the mess, explaining to me exactly what happened, and advising me on what to do next. He was extremely knowledgeable, responsive, friendly, empathetic and professional. I reached out to him a few times over the next few days asking questions about a tankless versus a traditional tank water heater. He helped me make my decision and a few days later installed a top-of-the-line tankless water heater. Tim is great and I highly recommend him!

Run, run, run...and run fast! Do not pass go! Like an idiot, I paid Tim Hillis before the work was done and then he quit after 3 weeks telling me that he 'busted his butt' trying to fix it and just couldn't. I asked for my money back since he didn't complete the work and he refused. He then told me to 'stop harassing' him or he would contact the police department. Tim Hillis caused so much damage that I had to hire another plumber to not only fix the work he didn't complete but to also fix the damage he caused. I have filed a complaint with the Contractors State License Board. Like, V F, the behavior was so incredibly unprofessional, not only by taking my money without completing the work but a lot of cussing along the way. He seemed to be incredibly frustrated about not being able to fix the issue that he started -- taking it out on me, yelling that this was the worse plumbing problem he had ever seen and was over it, that he doesn't need the money because he makes over $300K a year, and doesn't need headaches like this! Listen, if you don't want the job and you're not capable of fixing it, do yourself and your customers a favor and don't take it!

Had a small job today, but Hillis delivered. Two extemely nice guys arrived. Did the job. Totally cleaned up afterwards. I would strongly recommend them.

Tim and Sam are absolutely amazing and have always been very helpful. They have fixed a laundry leak and replaced a water heater so far, and we've also inquired about toilet clearing (although we ended up not needing it, thanks goodness). Their pricing is reasonable and they are very responsive. Our go-to plumber!

Tim and his crew were lifesavers. We had a huge leak and they came very quickly. They found the hole under the house within a day and plugged. They were all very friendly and helpful even showing my curious son what they were doing. They even came right back when we ran into unrelated problems with our water heater right after they left. As a landlord, they responded to a call within 24 hours to help my tenant. Since I wasn't present at the time of their visit ( I was at work), I mailed a check for their work done on 1/8/21. The check was cashed on 1/21/21. On Sunday, 1/24/21, a man with long hair and goatee shows up on my doorstep, (MASKLESS in the height of COVID) yelling at husband ""scumbag"", ""F---you,"" throws a piece of paper at him (the invoice with an orange post it note that says ""the check was mailed on Monday"").
We tried to call them to make them aware they cashed my check, and they refuse to answer their phone.

Do you really want this person in your house?

I'm concerned he will retaliate and now do something to my home. That's how this guy acted.

Willis, and the team are 5 star... I had a leak in my water heater tank, within the hour of a phone call, they were at my house to diagnose the issue... And by the next day, my new tankless water heater was FULLY INSTALLED!!! ... See the picture for the brilliant craftsmanship.... Also. Willis informed me about rebates for tankless. Above and beyond the call of duty!

Amazing guy and company. The landlord ended up choosing a different plumber despite my thoughts on the matter and he didn't charge for the work he had already done and just said best of luck like a great guy. The landlord double checked his opinion and he was spot on.
