My husband and I bought our first home and were in the process of renovating and getting moved in when an unfortunate situation forced us to have to replace our boiler. On a referral, we reached out to Ron Hillard and I am so thankful that we did. He came to address the situation right away and went over our options. He was very thorough, polite and honest. He and his team came to replace the boiler, and had it done way sooner than we expected, leaving the entire area cleaner than before they arrived. Upon completion, Ron went over all of the details of the unit and was very knowledgeable. We are so grateful for finding Hillard Mechanical, a company we can trust, and feel confident in knowing who to call from here on out. Thank you Ron!

I wish there was an option for 0 stars! This company is AWFUL! DO NOT HIRE THEM! I purchased a new combo boiler/indirect water heater from them. The owner Ron was unreliable and left me no heat or hot water for 3 days in March. To be fair 2 of the days were because he was working on the system, but he showed up late and the job took longer than it should have. When he ""finished"" the job I was without heat and hot water for another day. Luckily my husband was able to temporarily fix the problem but now it's been 2 months and Ron till won't come fix it. When I called most recently he even had the nerve to lie about his child dying! Who does that? Climate Zone will do the work as requested, leave your home cleaner than when they arrived, and give you a fair price. I hired them for AC units, they will be servicing my new combo unit as well.
