Taylor Lee was assigned to do the annual heating maintenance on our HVAC unit on Oct 3. He arrived promptly, asked us a few questions whether we were having problems with the unit or if we have other concerns that he can resolve while he was at the house. Taylor is very personable & is easy to talk to. We went over the work list & reviewed the photos he took. We're very pleased with his work.

Chris evaluated my issue and had what I needed on the truck. he got it all taken care of in o e afternoon. so Thankful. no more leak and a have a pretty, new faucet. Chris was very knowledgeable and explained everything that was wrong and my choices and what he did. Great Guy! He entered a stranger and left a friend!

Don't mind paying extra for that.

We bought our home 2 years ago, and this is the first time we have had to call someone for an issue, so we were nervous about picking a company that wouldn't rip us off. Hiller had the best reviews on Google, and now we understand why! They have a team working 24/7, and they told us they would not be charging us extra to come out at night. The diagnostic fee is $69 but they waive the fee if you have them do your repair. The service technician was very helpful in explaining what was wrong with our unit and giving us multiple options. We ended up having to purchase a new HVAC unit, and the project manager Kieran was helpful in explaining everything to us and breaking down the finances. An HVAC unit is a huge expense, but we were able to get a decent deal on it with a good warranty. Now, I don't know what other companies would've charged for the same thing, but according to Google, we didn't overpay at all. We will definitely continue to call Hiller for any future issues.

we needed to have a light fixture relocated in our master bath. Charles is the electrician sent. we were very satisfied with his professionalism. He informed us of every detail that he would be doing. We were especially impressed with just how courteous he was. He will be the one we will request for other electrical repairs!!!

watch out was quoted 11000.00 dollars for some pipe work.on older home got it done for 2500.00 from another company same job.I would never call them again crooks.
