I had Hiller out for 2 issues that could have been very expensive. They could have told me my hot water heater( that they installed 7 years ago) was bad and I would have believed them. They discovered a problem in the breaker. Relatively inexpensive fix. The other problem turned out to be not in their lane. I have probably spent $25,000 + with Hiller over the years. They might not be the most inexpensive on the front end.....but....i have had a number of times their warranty and service saved me big bucks. I trust them to not sell me stuff I don't need. I've never had a Shady technician.

Steven, Ryan, and Thomas came out to my house today to repair a leak and work on some electrical issues. They were very professional, easy to talk to, and they were helpful with things beyond what I called them out to do (they weren't just trying to sell me stuff, they were offering cost effective solutions to current and future problems, and providing multiple options to choose from where possible). They explained everything in terms I understood, they patiently answered my questions and gave further explanation where needed, and they had several options for financing so I didn't have to pay a ton out of pocket.

I do not like Yelp at all. I think their review recommendation software is complete garbage and their philosophy on consumer/business reviews is totally backwards, but I already left a Google review for Hiller from the last time they came out and saved the day, so I'm posting my review here only because I have no other option and they absolutely deserve a 5 star review.
