just wondering when we are going to get some kind of compensations for all the trouble we've had to deal with. Still our heat could go out again. it's exhausting.Worst company we ever done business with. We need some plumbing work and will never ask for your business again. We have talked and talked already and just hear the same thing over and over. I would like some if my money back. Husband lost time at work again and the list just goes on

I recently had my entire HVAC system replaced. Keith Smith spent a lot of time going over my options to ensure I got the best unit for my needs. A few days later, a team came out that included, Gavin Baker, Mike Nelson, Jose, Andre, Andy and a couple others whose names I can't remember. It was extremely hot, but they worked continuously to get my system installed and made sure I had air conditioning before they left. I have been a Hiller customer for 5 years and have always found them to be extremely customer oriented and friendly. I highly recommend Hiller for all your heating, cooling, plumbing and electrical needs.

We had an extremely large residential complete wire and complete plumbing job, it got very complicated, and there were some issues. I have to give a special credit to this company and its owner for stepping up to the plate, and going above and beyond to remedy the issues. Many companies these days just take the money and run and there's no customer service, this company stood behind their job, and their work, extremely impressive for this day and age.

Over four year ago I had a gas leak ,had them to check out the pipes, found a few leak ,but still fell the leak test. Said nothing else they could do .
I went back over the pipes and found three leak that I fix myself, just gave away some money

Disgusting ethics. Highway robbers. Do not hire them! 2 weeks ago I requested a quote from Hiller.
I was initially reluctant to spend 80$ just to quote, but I was also in a hurry so decided to proceed. The job entailed an installation of 16 recessed lights and one switch. Hiller's fee: 4500$! That's right, FOUR THOUSAND FIVE HUnDRED DOLLARS!!! No doubt they never wanted the job in the first place but would happily take my quote fee and of course 4500$ if I was stupid enough to pay that absurd sum. Not 3 days later I found a licensed electrician who just completed the very same job, beautifully, for 700$. He also said he'd been an inspector and saw first hand the price gouging among contractors but added that Hiller was hands down the most stunning example of it. I don't normally write reviews but feel responsible to warn other potential victims of Hiller's extremely unethical quote/pricing system. Still disgusted.

WOW.

This job was at my residence which I had to decline and just pay $69. Not only did they lose my residential job but also lost a long time commercial customer. I used to get work done on my businesses about every other week from them.

What a mistake.......

Was going to give one star, but gave two because of the better experience I have had with their commercial side.
