Terrible, terrible. Ridiculously high price, and a pushy salesman who apparently knows little about plumbing. I had a water leak where my water line enters my house, about 18 inches below the soil line. They sent two guys to look at it, and they said it would be $2,000-$3,000 just to get their ""special digging equipment"" to the jobsite, and then the repair would be an extra cost. They would not commit to a firm price, but wanted me to authorize $3,000 before they would do anything . They must think their customers over 60 are really stupid. I sent them on their way. The salesman's assistant apologized to me when they were leaving, saying he was shocked how high their bids were. I hired a local plumbing company in Ooltewah, who completed the repair job for less than $500. His ""special digging equipment"" was a hand shovel, and digging the hole took about 15 minutes.
