Tony did a great job performing my tuneup on my system. I have service contracts with Hiller and they are always very thorough. When I have problems, they respond very quickly and get the problem fixed right away.
Tony was very professional. He helped me with my filters, I was clueless on what to order, we have an older system.

Monica W.I am part of the Happy Hiller club and service check-ups are part of the membership. I've had a couple of the service checks and all have been great experinces. Lonnie Cooper was the latest service technician to check HVAC system installed by Hiller 2021 I think but they have absolutely great when it comes to service. The technicians have all been very pleasant and personable. They give step by step what is to happen, what they find and what should be done. Lonnie introduced himself, explained what the visit and got to work. He called ahead of time to check if I was available earlier than my appointment and left in less than 45 minutes. He explained the service invoice and asked for any questions or concerns I may have. Lonnie was an extremely informative and nice.
Great service provided on time at a fair price. Very knowledgeable and well trained in customer service.

We had a very kind sales person, however, we had terrible service. The technicians scraped our walls, left a giant knife in our children's playroom, and left our ducts apart after a cleaning. The open ducts caused a horrific humidity problem in our home, which led to mold growth. We are very unsatisfied with our service. We have requested a refund for the services, as per Hiller's slogan, ""Happy you'll be or the service is free,"" and they sent us to their insurance company who denied the claim. It is infuriating that Hiller caused a problem that had ongoing repercussions for our family, and now they are unwilling to refund us for the service they did so poorly and incompletely.
Justin R.I've had all plumbing replaced for almost $6000 in 2018. Pee traps won't stay tight, leak and no Teflon tape used on fittings. 2nd time calling on an ""emergency "" day(weekend). Had all ductwork replaced in 2019. Multiple problems with it falling and kinks where it is strapped to tightly. Not a ""Happy"" Hiller customer. Have had to speak to management every time to get BS fees waived due to Hiller's initial negligence in craftsmanship.

Made appointment and got three text reminders of timeframe. Waited all morning and Technician failed to show up or call as scheduled. He then called in the afternoon - like we had a mid afternoon appointment. Told him they lost us as a customer- if they cannot show for a sale what likelihood would they perform work timely? Their loss as we have several hot water heaters to replace with tankless. Now that I see the reviews glad we aren't doing business with them.
