Tech Matt Lynch came for a second opinion on our furnace. A competitor strongly recommended a complete replacement ($13k) for a possible bad heat exchanger. Matt thoroughly inspected our unit, was extremely knowledgeable and diagnosed zero issues. He walked me through everything he was looking at, explained the furnace operations and then why he didn't see any issues or problems. A+++ on Matt and Hiller. We will be switching our annual maintenance contract to Hiller and dumping that ""other"" big name company.

Hiller is the worst company! They do not stand behind thier work. They do not honor their word. They do not stand behind their product which is cheap products that are installed incorrectly and don't function properly then when you call to get things corrected They accuse you of sabbatage so they don't have to honor the warranties. They over charge on everything and have incompetent employees and management. They false advertise. They have made a mess of my house..my wallet and my caused me anxiety and frustration. I do not..and would not recommend using Hiller Company for HVAC ...plumbing...or electrical....
