Danny Rakes was our service technician over a period of 3-4 months this summer and into the Fall. He was extremely professional and always went above and beyond to get the job done right ..one time even working into the evening and pouring down rain. He treated our home as his own and was always courteous, neat and took pride in doing the job right. He explained everything he was doing and why. He's the best of the best!

Our tub faucet was leaking, so after viewing a YouTube video - I decided to take on the task of replacing the cartridge.

Well.... Turns out we had an old Stanadyne which no longer exists. I couldn't get the cartridge out ( it was the original from 30+yrs ago lol) to find a model # to see if something interchangeable was available.

We called around 2pm on a Saturday and got put on standby. Steven arrived around 7 and was so polite, professional, upbeat and friendly! The dogs loved him, he explained our options and didn't try to force any solutions.

He got the cartridge out, had one that fit and now our faucet functions like new!

Thank you for being available to show up on Saturday night, thank you for having such wonderful staff! Would happily recommend Hiller to anyone!

Hiller Plumbing saved our Thanksgiving! We lost all water to our house the night before Thanksgiving. We called our regular plumber but he only works from 8-5. Then we called Hiller, and shortly after, Greg arrived around midnight. He worked cheerfully for over 2 hours and got our water flowing again. He knew what he was doing.
We are converts to Hiller now. Thanks, Greg, for saving our Thanksgiving!

Our air conditioning system went out late in the evening and we needed someone to come right away during the hot weather. I didn't expect to get much but when I got a hold of Hillier a very pleasant woman responded quickly and determined that they could send a technician. Expected to wait a long time but in 20 minutes my phone rang and she said the technician would be there in 30 minutes. In exactly 30 minutes he showed up and he was a very polite young man who was properly protective given the pandemic.
Most importantly the technician quickly diagnosed the problem and had all the parts he needed to repair the AC unit in a reasonable amount of time and for a reasonable price. The employees were very friendly and professional. It is a real pleasure to find such quality these days.

We called this morning and they immediately sent a text to let us know hours they would be out. Later a text that plumber was on his way. Mr. Kopeski came out, very nice and had us fixed up in no time. We appreciate the promptness in taking care of us and explaining the issue.
