If you want to be treated with great disrespect, go ahead and call Hiller. The salesperson who came into our home told my spouse to stop what he was doing and pay attention to what he had to say. SO VERY DISRESPECTFUL. We will NEVER call Hiller HVAC again. We miss Rousso's as they were awesome, their technicians and salespeople were always nice and respectful. We will go to Peaden's or find someone else. Such a shame. They didn't want to try to repair anything, they said our entire system needed to be replaced and all we needed was a little refrigerant in our system. I would never trust anyone from this company. Our first experience was our last with them.
