Steve came over this past Saturday promptly at 8am, weather was terrible with rain but he still was ready and willing to do the job. We needed a cutoff for front spigot as well as a new spigot and some piping. I thought for sure would take over an hour, but no, not with a pro like Steve. He also took perfect pictures of what parts were bad as well as repairs made and all in about 45 minutes. Absolutely amazing. Steve was also very polite just as previous repair people I had from Hiller. So I say want it done right, call Hiller!

I am absolutely not pleased. We had a new furnace put in 11/6/21. One of the workers stepped through our ceiling. That's not what I'm unhappy about. We're all human. However, we still have a huge hole in our ceiling. We had to call after a week to check the status of it getting fixed. They were sending someone out. Nobody came. A week later, we called again. We were finally contacted and given an appointment to do an estimate. They never showed. They called us at the end of the day and said they were sorry but they'd be back in a week or so. We finally got the estimate done about 2 weeks ago. Still waiting. During this whole process, we've not had any contact from Hiller. I wouldn't recommend their services and apparently should've gotten more quotes.

I just had an AC emergency and Hiller was able to save the day. They also took care of some maintenance issues and I am back up and running and on a week like this with high humidity I am very thankful. On May 29, 2019 Hiller came to my home repair a toilet that had a small leak in my upstairs bathroom. The attendant performed the service and then left. 3hrs later I got a phone call from my wife telling me that the toilet that was just repaired is leaking all over the master bathroom floor. I came home from work and noticed that the water was coming out of the shut off valve (the valve that controls the water supply from the street). I called Hiller back and asked them to send someone immediately. They did and it just so happened to be the same attendant who was at my home earlier. I explained to him that no one has touched anything in that bathroom since he left and that the shut off valve was broken. He took responsibility for what happen and then fixed the problem completely free of charge. The next morning I woke up and noticed stains in my ceiling. I called Hiller and they sent out a representative to asses the damage. The representative told me they would be in touch. I told my insurance agent and they told me that Hiller was denying any responsibility for the damages. Now I have to go through subrogation to have them pay for what happened. I think it's safe to say that never again will I use Hiller for anything. You should think about doing the same because if they are responsible for damages that result from work they preform you will probably left in the same position as me.

Horrible company and a waste of time and money. I contacted them to get a simple wire ran to my filter pump for a pool, they couldn't give me any info over the phone but had to charge me $69 to come out and give me a quote. The technician came out and made me wait for him to get off the phone for about ten minutes and then proceeded to ask me four times if I was sure that was where I wanted the filter. He had no clue about permits or regulations and didn't even look for a sub panel, after looking st my panel he told me the whole project would be over $2000 and they needed to send it to a project manager. I told him no and then he asked for the $69.
