Hiller offers residential and business maintenance throughout the state of Tennessee, Southern Kentucky, and AL. As the community's premier provider with a guarantee of satisfaction of ""You’ll Be Happy or It’s Free!"" commitment, Hiller is Tennessee's domestic plumbing and electrical solutions provider.

Launched in 1990 out of a duplex in Antioch, Tennessee with just a modest $500 and a single team member - 24-year-old Jimmy Hiller, created his enterprise on tenets that few in Middle Tennessee had been offering and are now signatures of the Hiller company: mandating technicians to wear shoe covers, maintaining clean work areas, providing upfront and flat-rate pricing, and 24/7 support.

Recently awarded the 5th rapidly growing business in Middle Tennessee, Hiller boasts a collection of over 420 ""smiling"" trucks and in excess of six hundred team members.

Jimmy Hiller has built an remarkably successful, multi-state enterprise on a simple yet strong concept, ""Care is Our Core Value."" When he started Hiller Plumbing, Heating, and Cooling in 1990, Hiller developed a service model that concentrated on three key principles: a commitment to excellence, a can-do spirit and the commitment to ensure quality work.

Since the company's inception, Hiller Plumbing has made in excess of a million service calls and continues to expand at a rapid rate, with the broadening of its service offering and through focused growth.

Of late named by the local business journal as one of the ""Best CEOs and Their Firms"", Jimmy remains to be actively involved in the routine management of Hiller, and has turned his focus to developing a next generation of team members whose dedication to the service quality is driven by the principles on which his business was originally founded.

I called Hiller HVAC for our heating and AC unit, technician was at my office location before I arrived at 9:00 and said he had already checked system and the unit was blown and needed new one, sent another guy from Hiller to give quote new unit, ( neither one introduced there selves or gave me a card) I called another company to get a 2nd quote and they fixed it same day and it saved us $6000

I had Hiller come out and fix a leaking bathtub. They were only at my house for 20 minutes and charged me $450... that's absurd!

We moved to Clarksville in June of 2019. We asked our neighbors for suggestions for an HVAC company and decided to go with Hiller. We had a service agreement with them where they came out each year to check the heating in the winter and air conditioning ing the summer.

A year ago their service man came to check our 2 furnaces. Long story short he told me that he had to shut the basement furnace off because it was a safety issue because the heat exchanger was cracked and the threat of carbon monoxide. He showed me 2-3 things it was doing to show that it was. He said someone from Hiller would contact me about pricing to replace the exchanger or the whole system.

I didn't tell him that we had a home warranty and called them to have their contractor check it to see if it needed replacement. Their service man said that there was nothing wrong with the heat exchanger!! We have carbon monoxide sensors through out the house and we've had no problems.

I called a new HVAC company to have the 2 furnaces checked for this season. I told their service man about Hiller. He said that unless we had the heat exchanger in question replaced, which we didn't, it looked brand new!!!!!!!!!

Could what Hiller tried to pull be called consumer fraud?!!

I have Hiller's email with their checklist showing heat exchanger condition ""RED"" and the flame condition being ""RED"" also!!!!!!!!!!!!! I would post this but there is no option to do this.

The tech showed up at a good time and was honest and nice. He gave me his advice and what he would do in my situation. He checked the unit and sold our problem. I was very satisfied with the service.

I had done business with this company before and was very satisfied-- my option has drastically changed. PLEASE get multiple quotes before you sign with Happy Hiller. These guys were legit going to charge me 50% more than average for my needed work. The guys that came out were nice but - I don't think nice is worth 5k more than every other company on a brand new HVAC unit. Keep in mind the SEER and unit were the exact same. It's easy to get overwhelmed as a new homeowner but pause and research before you sign up for their service.

Called these folks out. They seemed like nice people, but the moment the technician Chris arrived he started talking off by saying something along the lines of hope my drain pipe isn't in the slab. Then upon gazing at the unit he was relieved to see that was not the case and declared my coils were dirty and the unit was probably leaking coolant. (he hadn't even opened the system up.) So I was immediately concerned by this ""HVAC whisperer"" who seemed to know what the issue is without looking. As the visit continued he eventually told me it would be 600 to have the coils cleaned and 200+45/lbs to have the ac charged and it needed 2 lbs. Threw that guy out, and called a competitor. Ended up paying 75 to have the coils cleaned and the unit didn't need any Freon.

Conclusions: Even the tech suspects a problem they should never make any claims until they've looked at the system. Hiller's prices are outrageous. There is really no excuse for lying about the unit needing Freon, that can't be overlooked.

After being a Happy Hiller Club member for many years, now cancelled, I realized that their tune up visits was all about finding something, anything, wrong and then charging you excessive amount to fix. Their motto, Happy you will be, or the service is free"" is a joke. I didn't rate them a 1, because when I did in the past, they had it taken down immediately. Plus I am unable to respond to their lying response.

Called about a pretty significant plumbing problem that required a project manager for an estimate. An apparent miscommunication on the original phone call caused a tech to be sent out instead, who had to charge a service fee for his time (company policy). The tech was a super-nice guy, by the way (a Happy Hiller man ).

I called their office and explained the situation and after reviewing all the info, they informed me that they'll issue a full refund for the service call. I ended up finding a local plumber who gave me a better estimate so I went with him instead, but even so, Hiller stood by their policy, ""happy you'll be or the service is free.""

I'm so disappointed. I called over a week ago. Had to wait do to being busy. Then they didn't show on the date they gave me so when I called the office about my air for the 2nd time they sent an electrical guy. He tried to help too. The person who makes appointments was supposed to call me right back. To date-nothing.utterly rediculous. I need an entire unit replaced but this company wont be touching it.
