Hiller delivers residential and business repair throughout Tennessee, the southern region of Kentucky, and Northern Alabama. As the community's leading provider with a promise of satisfaction of ""You’ll Be Happy or It’s Free!"" promise, Hiller is Tennessee's home plumbing and electrical provider.
Founded in 1990 out of a duplex in Antioch, TN with just a modest $500 and a single staff member - age 24 Jimmy Hiller, founded his enterprise on tenets that no one else in Middle Tennessee had been delivering and are now signatures of the Hiller identity: requiring technicians to put on coverings, ensuring clean work areas, offering upfront and consistent pricing, and round-the-clock repair services.
Recently awarded the 5th place quickest expanding firm in Middle Tennessee, Hiller boasts a lineup of over 420 ""friendly"" service trucks and over six hundred employees.
The founder has built an remarkably prosperous, cross-state enterprise on a straightforward yet impactful idea, ""Caring is Central to Our Mission."" When he started Hiller Plumbing, Heating, and Cooling in 1990, Hiller crafted a service model that focused on three core values: a commitment to excellence, a can-do spirit and the integrity to complete the task properly.
Since the company's founding, Hiller Plumbing has made more than a million and keeps to grow at a double-digit pace, with the broadening of its capabilities and through strategic acquisitions.
Lately honored by the Nashville Business Journal as one of the ""Top CEOs (and their companies)"", Jimmy remains to be actively involved in the daily operations of Hiller, and has shifted his attention to building a new generation of team members whose dedication to the customer experience is guided by the core values on which his enterprise was built.

Tyler Gallant, he does plumbing and did an excellent job. He was fast and a very honest person!! If I ever need them again, I will request for him..
We jouned their little platinum club, and after spending four times as much on new water pipes that the local water company quoted us after the installation, we called them about our AC unit. They then told us that it was an old unit, it couldn't be repaired, and tried to sell us a new one for $10,000.
We got a second opinion from a competitor, he refilled the freon in th unit, and it works like new.
They aren't interested in helping their customers, wether they're in the ""special platinum club"" or not. They just want to overcharge and upsell at every possibility, and bleed people dry. I hate hiller more than any company I've ever done business with. Greedy, shady little thieves
Tommy T.This review is for the Hiller Plumbing, Heating, Cooling Company.
I called Hiller today, but I'm thinking they are in Tn. they don't do this area, but they came early, earlier than expected, and was here a little over an hour. This man, Samuel, cleaned up after the mess was left by another Clarksville, Tn. heating company. It took him less than an hour to connect the wires in the correct order where the others spent 6 hours playing with and still didn't get it right.
Samuel looked professional, talked professional, and was intelligent. He did what the others could not do in a total of 11 hours, in less than an hour. And at 1/4 the cost. They ARE the company to call.
The fact that you wanted to charge $700 to fix a water leak that took maybe 2 $40 sharkbites is TOO excessive in my opinion and a rip off. Not only that but you charged $250 just to come out and look at it. Terrible company!
I called Hiller HVAC for our heating and AC unit, technician was at my office location before I arrived at 9:00 and said he had already checked system and the unit was blown and needed new one, sent another guy from Hiller to give quote new unit, ( neither one introduced there selves or gave me a card) I called another company to get a 2nd quote and they fixed it same day and it saved us $6000

Eric W.I had Hiller come out and fix a leaking bathtub. They were only at my house for 20 minutes and charged me $450... that's absurd!
David S.We moved to Clarksville in June of 2019. We asked our neighbors for suggestions for an HVAC company and decided to go with Hiller. We had a service agreement with them where they came out each year to check the heating in the winter and air conditioning ing the summer.
A year ago their service man came to check our 2 furnaces. Long story short he told me that he had to shut the basement furnace off because it was a safety issue because the heat exchanger was cracked and the threat of carbon monoxide. He showed me 2-3 things it was doing to show that it was. He said someone from Hiller would contact me about pricing to replace the exchanger or the whole system.
I didn't tell him that we had a home warranty and called them to have their contractor check it to see if it needed replacement. Their service man said that there was nothing wrong with the heat exchanger!! We have carbon monoxide sensors through out the house and we've had no problems.
I called a new HVAC company to have the 2 furnaces checked for this season. I told their service man about Hiller. He said that unless we had the heat exchanger in question replaced, which we didn't, it looked brand new!!!!!!!!!
Could what Hiller tried to pull be called consumer fraud?!!
I have Hiller's email with their checklist showing heat exchanger condition ""RED"" and the flame condition being ""RED"" also!!!!!!!!!!!!! I would post this but there is no option to do this.
Alison S.awesome tech dustin c. july 6th

co.
Jocelyn D.The tech showed up at a good time and was honest and nice. He gave me his advice and what he would do in my situation. He checked the unit and sold our problem. I was very satisfied with the service.
Jessica M.I had done business with this company before and was very satisfied-- my option has drastically changed. PLEASE get multiple quotes before you sign with Happy Hiller. These guys were legit going to charge me 50% more than average for my needed work. The guys that came out were nice but - I don't think nice is worth 5k more than every other company on a brand new HVAC unit. Keep in mind the SEER and unit were the exact same. It's easy to get overwhelmed as a new homeowner but pause and research before you sign up for their service.
