The upstairs bathroom shower was leaking, we discovered the puddle downstairs! I called Joseph, and he was prompt in getting back to me with his availability. After his diagnostic inspection we concluded that the caulking and faucets were not properly installed. He addressed the issues and was very professional. I would highly recommend him!

So we encountered the old ""sink clog"" issue...but what made it more pressing is that we live on the first floor of a condo complex with a second floor directly above us. Fortunately we have great neighbors, who held off using their bathroom until the calvary could arrive.

Calls were made to four, five companies...couldn't get a visit for a couple of days. Then Hillebrand Drain Service was called. Joseph Hillebrand is the owner/operator and asked ""how soon would you like me to come out?"" We saw Joseph the next morning as promised...and like an emergency room doctor, asked us questions and then began the fix.

Maybe the unclogging of a drain is routine...but what struck me as not routine was Joseph telling us things about why it's not unusual to see clogs in these two story condo units built in the 70's, how we need to minimize hair down the drain...and how because our unit is a vacation condo...that we should have the place checked at least once per month...especially since our second floor neighbors live there full time and if there was a clog, wouldn't take a lot to come into a disastrous situation.

I would highly recommend Hillebrand Drain Service...Joseph Hillebrand is prompt, responsive, conscientious, and gets the job done.

We experienced a very slow kitchen drain last night with some backup. The next morning I called Hillebrand after reviewing my options on Yelp. I chose Hillebrand because the reviews were good, close to me, and I could tell I would be dealing with a small operation and, quite likely, professional. I was not disappointed at all. Joseph provided a lot of answers when I asked about other problems without feeling like I was opening the door to a pricy sales pitch! I plan to return when the need arises.

Once again Joseph has saved the day. My old house was built in 1962 and the old pipes have lots of problems but Joseph has always fixed the problems and also gives advise on how to prolong the plumbing so I'm saving money.

He came on a Saturday for an emergency garbage disposal back up and was in and out in less than an hour. The fee of $225 was much more than my regular plumber who was unavailable for the emergency. I am happy he came quickly and fixed my issue.

Joseph was awesome, he came out and saved us from a backed up main sewerline that made the place inhabitable. Super nice and super straight forward to deal with, he was very upfront about costs and expectations, which I appreciated a lot. He had the right equipment to pin point the EXACT location of a root ball that had completely clogged my main sewerline, got in there with a minimal size hole and was able to repair the pipe and add a cleanout for easy access in the future. These are the type of tradesmen that you want working on your place; honest owner/operators who know their feild inside and out and will do things accturately and correctly, saving you time and money in the long run. I highly recommend!
