I cant say enough good things! We had a nightmare of a winter dealing with amerigas. When we finally got propane out heat wouldn't work. I had never used Hill Top heating before but I called and they came out the same day and fixed my heat super quick. I forget the mans name but he was so nice and patient while we played phone tag with my home owner. 10/10 recommend. I was really scared of the bill and he was priced extremely fair and didnt charge me anything extra for an emergency fee. Will continue to recommend.

Tried several times to get this plumber to do work. Never return phone calls never show for appointments. I gave up years ago on these guys. Don't waste your time. Always check yelp reviews

For the second time we requested their services and they didn't show or call. Latest (not) dealing with them was 5/27/20 Wednesday. We had an appointment between 9-12 am. Emphasis on had. Reviewing previous work with not resupporting piping with existing hangers again, I've made my decision not to hire or try to hire them again. Very unprofessional. Jim's daughter never returned calls....she is the scheduler for the business. We just moved into the area and want to support our local businesses but there is a limit. This is the first really bad yelp review I have had to write.

Jim has done many jobs for my family in the past and my dad always had goods things to say, and now I know why. Working with Jim from the other side of the country has been easy because he is extremely reliable and efficient, responsive and has been very accommodating with the time difference. I can't say enough about Jim and Hill Top Heating! I definitely recommend them if you want to work with someone who will get the job done for a very fair price, and who is just a nice guy to work with.

I wish someone knew how to work a telephone here. Last year we tried repeatedly to get in touch with them and never heard back after leaving several messages.
This year, unsurprisingly, we have had the same issue.
I'd love to support a local family business but... I'm not wasting my time with this place anymore.

Awesome service. It's clear that Jim isn't only out for money. Jim went out of his way to find a part for our Thermo Pride furnace after realizing that the original board was discontinued and replaced with a universal. Well after spending a lot of time just to find the universal part we realized it was universal for ALMOST all Thermo Prides. It was wrong. After much searching he found the correct original board.

Long story short, he put some time into my problem that he didn't even charge us for because he knew we were screwed.

I've never done a Yelp review before but this deserved it. Very highly recommended!
