Called them out to fix sewer Line. They cut a hole in top of pipe and left it that way. Now crap is running all in the back yard. And can't get them to answer there phone.

Had them come out to look at the water heater that was installed previously by them in 7/2016. The person who came to the house was lousy. Tried to up sell everything and tell us we needed that and needed this. Talked about ground wires and on and on. We finally ushered him out the door. 1k worth of work to a still under warranty water heater. I may be blonde, but I am not stupid. Run from this company, crooked as they come.

This company is a Rip Off. I'm not a disgruntled customer at all; just making others aware of Hill Plumbing's price gouging. I contacted Hill Plumbing after googling plumbers in the Lufkin area- on May 20, 2019. They were the first company that stated they could come the same day. I was preparing to have my Gas Fireplace remodeled the next day. No immediate rush, but i didn't want to postpone the contractor. They actually arrive about an hour after my call (great!). However, I received a quote of $955.40 to only install my brand-new gas logs (which they would provide the gas valve & flex parts). I decline the installation and paid a $26.00 quote fee. I immediately call Affordable Plumbing (as i remembered i used them in the past), who made me their last stop of the day (same day) and installed the gas logs - provide the gas valve and flex for a total of $125.00. I wish i could post a pic of both the quote and receipt as proof - I still have them. CUSTOMER BEWARE!!!!

These people absolutely tried to take advantage of me today. Tried to charge me over $700 to repair a 1 ft piece of PVC pipe. Called another company & they fixed it in 15 minutes for $135 (and that included the service call fee!). Do yourself a favor & call somebody else.

I have used Hill Plumbing a few times now. They are thorough, honest and good at what they do. Because they found a leak another plumbing company missed, they have saved me literally, hundreds of dollars on my rentals. I highly recommend this company.
