Our company is family-owned and operated. It began with a father-son team, Ray and Steve Hill. Currently, Ryan Hill oversees daily plumbing and HVAC operations with an additional technician. Amy Hill, who graduated from Illinois Wesleyan University, runs the business and handles office operations. I stepped into the role of owner during our reorganization this past year.
