I called multiple times before someone called back (way after the appointment time) to let me know they're not coming.
John O.Technician showed up to handle warranty claim from cinch home services collected $125.00 service fee and did not complete the service job. They refuse to refund my $125 so I am calling discover to dispute the invalid charge. Do not trust hill and hill.
