These guys are some of the best in the business around the Boerne and greater San Antonio area. They were friendly and quick to respond to a water heater issue I had. One company estimated a whole new install and water heater and another company I called was too slow to respond or schedule a visit. But HCP came out to look at my water heater and replaced the heating element and cleared out sediment buildup at the bottom. They gave me a great rate and simple breakdown on an estimate right away and fixed all of the issues I had. Thank you to Sam and Vinny for everything. I've known a few others in Boerne who have used them and vouch for them as well. I will definitely stick with ya'll with any other issues I have!

New to Boerne, I called Hill Country Plumbing to get some Plumbing service for a small job I needed done on my property. I spoke to Zach, one of the owners, and I gave him the requirements. We set the next available service date.
Two technicians came out, ON TIME, and got right to work. They did a fantastic job. They were fast, professional and really took the time to understand the full scope of work. They even hauled off the old remnants of the job.

Very unprofessional! My bill came weeks after the service and with a wrong name on the envelope. The service man charged more time for service call than time provided and I had to clean up the mess he made in my kitchen. I called the office to complain and my concerns were rudely dismissed. I won't be using them again. I could have bought a machine for what they charged.
