Got a referal from someone but it turned out that Peter Adams is one of the most unethical plumber out there. He either lacks experience or will delibrately damage your property. And would go the extra distance to call your town if you ever try to do part of the work diy and make your life miserable simply because he cannot charge his own overpriced add-ons. Acts like mafia and threatens the home owner. Very negative experience with him.

Peter came to our rescue when Con Ed found a gas leak at our house and turned off our service. He did a great job, both on the technical side and in interacting on our behalf with the Village of Scarsdale (for the pre-work permit and post-work inspection) and Con Edison. We were amazed that the work was done and the gas back on about 30 hours after I first contacted Hill & Adams. In an old house these repairs get pricey but we believe Peter's price was fair.

When I moved here from Staten Island, and remodeling our condo in High Point--I watched how this man worked when called in to do the plumbing when we were re-doing out bathroom--he was excellent. A few years later I used him due to a shower that was running hot enough and in need of a special cartridge. I immediately called Peter and not only did he do a great job, he also bought a back-up cartridge for me so down the road if it needs to be replaced, I have it in the house...Thank you Peter for being there when we need you.
