After getting an estimate at another plumbing business in town for a stopped up bathroom sink. They wanted $650 for replacing some pipe under the sink and a new sink I did not need. So I called Hildebrants plumbing in Crowley. They came out, diagnosed the problem correctly, and fixed it at the very reasonable price of $195.00. Five star work from them. Give them a try. I left a message at their website at 1 am this morning. The ice maker connection in the wall had been leaking unbeknownst to us. Hubby found it after midnight so I started to surf the net. Found this company left them and one other plumbing company a text message of what we found and to please contact us in the morning. At 7:34 am I received a phone call from Hildebrants Plumbing Repair. By 8:45am they were at my house taking care of that issue and one other issue we had with the washer connection. Wonderful guys, Russel and Nathan. Took care of both issues and left everything clean. 10 Thumbs up !!!

BTW other company has yet to call....hmmm

Entire house plumbing started backing up when getting ready to go to a meeting for the evening. I called after hours on their emergency number, and the call was answered on the 3rd ring. They were at my house in about an hour, had to run a snake down the vent on the roof in the dark, and unclogged the drain. I missed the meeting, but I have a happy wife:)!!!!

Would never use them again. Guys that came out were very nice and it seemed like they got my drain cleaned out. 4 days later I was having same problems as before. Called to ask them to come out and see why and they informed me it would be another full charge because they didn't warranty the work. Said I couldn't expect them to come out every week or two for free. Said I probably should have camera check the system too.

I understand that roots can get back into the system - I have to have it cleaned out about every 2-3 years - but don't think they grew enough to clog it up again in 4 days. Talked to two different people at the company and asked each one to have owner call me but he didn't return my call.

I live on a small social security income and definitely can't afford to have another company come out to do this job but I will have to. Despite the symbols and sayings on their truck and website I don't think they're "doing what Jesus would do".

Do not use this company. They take advantage of single women, they do poor quality work, and they simply don't do what they say they will.

I bought a house with a custom shower, which was installed with no liner and no proper drain. Hildebrant came in to remove the tile, put in a proper drain and lay a liner. Half the demo debris were left behind and hidden in the shower seat frame, they cut the liner too short, and so it stopped about three inches from one end of the shower, and they did not go up 12 inches along all sides of the shower. In addition, they made no effort to complete any preparation work for the laying of tile, like putting backing behind the liner. My tile guy had to remove the liner and the debris left behind and redo the job properly.

After multiple failed attempts to contact the owner about his poor quality work, I submitted a BBB complaint. I received a call that 50% of my invoice would be reimbursed, that was 6 weeks ago and I still haven't received a check. I have contacted the owner several times to no avail.

Do yourself a favor, use another plumber.

These people came to fix a leak at my house over a 3 month period. They never fixed the leak. Mainly because they were trying to rig it because they didn't have the parts on the truck. The fourth time I had to call them out they start talking about charging me double time and not under warranty when it was the same thing leaking that they would not fix correctly. I told them to forget about it and went to lowes got the right parts and fixed it myself. BEWARE.
