Read all these great reviews, called to have someone come out and give me an estimate on a new water heater (current water heater is leaking badly) and was told it might be later today or tomorrow and there is an $80 fee. Not at all the service I was expecting. Very disappointed!

These people came to try and fix a leak at my home. After the third time out they never fixed it. Mainly because they didn't have the right parts on the truck. The third time out to fix the same leak they start talking about charging me double time and not under warranty to fix the same leak they didn't have the intelligence to fix. I had to get the parts from lowes and I fixed it myself. I live and learn. BEWARE

Poor company work ethics. This guy, John picks and choses what he wants to do and who he wants to do the work for. First time I called he can't get to me for a week, then when that time comes he told me he's booked for 2 to 3 more weeks, obviously doesn't want the job. I had my neighbor call and he scheduled her job right away. Interesting.

Where do I start singing the praises of John and Joe (pro tip: when's the last time you actually remembered the name of the cable guy, etc.)? I woke up to a bathroom emergency (water everywhere and Mount Gushmore when I flushed). Even though they were dead tired from another job last night they made it out this morning. They perfectly assessed the problem; shot me totally straight on what it would take; were professional to a "T"; and (can you believe it) they were **honest.** Bonus: they made our horrible neighborhood water company's water pressure *better!!* Yay!!

I highly recommend these guys. You'll see that phrase repeated lots down below, and we're not making this up. For the first time since moving to Houston from East Texas, I actually felt like I was calling up the local guy everyone knows (and everyone knows is honest and kind) to save the day. These would be the guys.

Trust us: go call them. :D

Wow! I have had plumbers come before, but I will never call anyone now that I met John. He was efficient and courteous. He kept me informed about his arrival time and the situation under my sink. He gave me options, but was quick to tell me the best and most affordable choice to remedy the problem. He really knows his stuff and cares about his work. So glad to have someone in the area that I can call and trust.

I highly recommend. John provided a two hour window of time, called to confirm on the day of the Appointment and arrived on time. He was thorough and explained everything he was going to do in order to systematically track down the leak. He informed me up front of his rate structure and let me know of any potential extra charges. He showed me the problem once he found it and quickly fixed the issue. Luckily he didn't charge extra for his humor, that's free.
