Cold shower? Call Highway Plumbing! Except, prepare for a detour into overpriced theatrics and ""ghost in the pipes"" monologues. My leaky water heater got an ""exorcism"" (and a four-digit bill), but remained as cold as a comedian's flop sweat. Save your sanity (and money), avoid this circus act in plumbing overalls. Trust a real plumber, not these highway robbers who work with American Home Shield on their side.

if no stars were possible, I'd give them -100 they came to my house. They lied and said we don't have cleanouts. We have two outside for total for the house. Try to tell me we needed to put a clean out right next to my house when there's two outside alone. told us that he could not do anything until he puts the clean out refuse to remove the toilet and try and snake when other companies have come and done that even this company has done it before in my home., my husband offered to remove the toilet for them so they could snake refuse to do any work. Try to get us for a bunch of money then they lied to my Home Warranty company and said we don't have cleanouts of which we have 4!!!! I will be filing a formal grievance with my Home Warranty company as I see this has been the norm. yes it was was lorenzo

Trash complete trash of a company! Mr. Lorenzo lied to my face didn't even try to fix the job lied and said my home warranty didn't cover to unplug toilet and that I didn't have a clean out! I took Lorenzo to my back yard where the clean out was and fool said I didn't have one. Anyways don't use this company they don't care at all about the customers only about themselves and how to get out of the job!

We reached out to our home warranty, and they issued out our repair to this company. Within minutes of getting off of the phone, we received a call to schedule the repair and visit two days later. We checked out the reviews and were a bit nervous, but trusted in God. Our visit was scheduled for in-between noon and 2PM. Isaac was our technician. He called, and asked if he could come 20 minutes early which was great! He arrived with another technician and they checked each of our toilets that were constantly running. They had them fixed in under 30 minutes. During the repair, he showed us what was happening, why it was happening and gave us some pointers for the future and gave us some advice on what to buy whenever we do decide to replace them outright. We had a great experience with this technician and really appreciated the service and professionalism.

If I could give it, no stars, I would! They were recommended by my insurance company, how they're still in business I have no idea! They came out to fix a leak I had behind the bathroom sink. Lorenzo said it requires caulking that is cosmetic. We don't cover cosmetic. I had no doubt he was being LAZY... and didn't want to do the work! I called my insurance back to get a second opinion we finally had someone come out who knows what they're doing, they found the broken pipe that was leaking so bad it was coming out through the bottom of the house. Thats the same company who actually broke the pipe when they came out to fix it prior, eight months back. Now I have water damage behind my wall all the way to my floor that needs to be replaced. I have made it a point to tell my insurance to note they are no longer allowed to come out to my home.

The shut off valve for my toilet wasn't working. Highway Plumbing & Rooter showed up via my home warranty. Vincent was professional, he explained everything he was doing and was very thorough making sure there were no leaks. I was contacted within 10 minutes of filing a service call through my home warranty and Vincent was supposed to show up between 12-2, he showed up at 12:30. I would definitely use this company again and highly recommend them to anyone.

Definately DO NOT recommend this company. My home warranty sent them out for a service call, the tech hardly spoke any English.... Came out and diagnosed the problem, told my husband he was going to go write down some notes in his van and he would be right back in.... He got in his van and left without telling my husband anything. When I called his phone number to ask why he left he said he didn't want to do the work! What kind of crap is that? Not to mention they charged my home warranty $327, and charged me a co-pay.

This company was recommended to me by my home warranty for a stoppage in the bathtub. They said they couldn't unstop it that I needed a new P-trap but he couldn't go under there to fix it. I had to get another plumber out here and fixed it within 30 minutes by unclogging it snaking it. I would never use this plumbing service again even if recommended by my Home Warranty.

I am just amazed that our home warranty company recommended this company, he (would say technician but obviously was not) came into my home with an attitude and because of that I made sure my Great Pyrenees were visible, and stating he needed access into the wall to replace the pipe, and because I would not let him cut into our drywall and because of that and his guess, wrote a report in a way that the insurance denied our claim (mind you that it was a leaking sink and pop-up, nothing even remotely related with the wall). This company is beyond inept in fact I would never let them replace the toilet paper in a bathroom. Ended up calling and making a formal complaint and appealed his report with the warranty company they sent another out and they fixed the problem in 20 minutes AND IT WAS covered by the insurance, do not use this company!

This company was who my home Warrenty people sent me due to issues with water heater and I am sure glad they did. I can't say enough good things about this company the day I requested service they told me that I was going to go with these people the highway plumbing. Just wait for them to call me. Well I didn't wait. I called them they got me in the same day. The guy came a couple hours later and diagnose. The problem told me he would be back with the part whenever it came in well yet me being pushy I called today because I didn't want to wait till the holiday And lo and behold the guy said he got the part he'll be at my house within 20 minutes they stand by what they say they're very professional there on time I had issues with the water heater
A year or two ago well we thought we'd give the family local family at a chance that was Greer plumbing. That was a big mistake. They went ahead and did the work without my authorization and now look, we're back at the same situation and it cost me a lot of money through them . But if you need some plumbing done, I highly recommend highway plumbing and rooter this is definitely my go to person from now on that's Highway plumbing and rotors in Ceres California. Gil was the repair man at my house and he was fantastic wonderful and also I don't know her name but she's the main lady in the front office who takes the calls and stuff she's outstanding also she is really on the ball very professional great job guys.
