This company was recommended to me by my home warranty for a stoppage in the bathtub. They said they couldn't unstop it that I needed a new P-trap but he couldn't go under there to fix it. I had to get another plumber out here and fixed it within 30 minutes by unclogging it snaking it. I would never use this plumbing service again even if recommended by my Home Warranty.

I am just amazed that our home warranty company recommended this company, he (would say technician but obviously was not) came into my home with an attitude and because of that I made sure my Great Pyrenees were visible, and stating he needed access into the wall to replace the pipe, and because I would not let him cut into our drywall and because of that and his guess, wrote a report in a way that the insurance denied our claim (mind you that it was a leaking sink and pop-up, nothing even remotely related with the wall). This company is beyond inept in fact I would never let them replace the toilet paper in a bathroom. Ended up calling and making a formal complaint and appealed his report with the warranty company they sent another out and they fixed the problem in 20 minutes AND IT WAS covered by the insurance, do not use this company!

This company was who my home Warrenty people sent me due to issues with water heater and I am sure glad they did. I can't say enough good things about this company the day I requested service they told me that I was going to go with these people the highway plumbing. Just wait for them to call me. Well I didn't wait. I called them they got me in the same day. The guy came a couple hours later and diagnose. The problem told me he would be back with the part whenever it came in well yet me being pushy I called today because I didn't want to wait till the holiday And lo and behold the guy said he got the part he'll be at my house within 20 minutes they stand by what they say they're very professional there on time I had issues with the water heater
A year or two ago well we thought we'd give the family local family at a chance that was Greer plumbing. That was a big mistake. They went ahead and did the work without my authorization and now look, we're back at the same situation and it cost me a lot of money through them . But if you need some plumbing done, I highly recommend highway plumbing and rooter this is definitely my go to person from now on that's Highway plumbing and rotors in Ceres California. Gil was the repair man at my house and he was fantastic wonderful and also I don't know her name but she's the main lady in the front office who takes the calls and stuff she's outstanding also she is really on the ball very professional great job guys. our toilets were backed up. I called for emergency service since it was on a Saturday. They showed up over an hour late for their appointment. The plumber walked in and said ""your toilets are clogged"" and left. it is very difficult to get ahold of them, when I finally did they said that most times the clog was outside and it would be over $1500. for them to come look at it again. Called another company and they had it cleared I. Under 30 minutes for less than $250. Owner is very rude. Don't call this company ever!

do not trust this guy. he is awful. he is never welcome back to my home. he is a liar. he told my warranty company that he snaked my sink , when i put him out my home after he told me i needed to sign a waiver for him to do the work in case he damaged my pipe. ring camera footage to prove his lie to be false.

Didn't guarantee their work. They were out for the same problem twice and when on the 3rd time, the faucet was STILL leaking, they said the last call was past 30 days (by a week) so I needed to pay another service call to have them return. If they never fixed it right the first two times I'm not sure I'm understanding why I would need to pay another service call? Doesn't seem fair. Really not right in anyway. Pretty shocked?

I was skeptical at first due to all these bad reviews and bc my home warranty company has been notorious for dispatching subpar contractors . But they have always been very kind, professional and responsive from the person answering phones to the guys dispatched to complete the job. They are always on time and give plenty of notice when the technician is on the way. They fixed 2 leaky sinks and 2 leaky showers, even ordered new faucets for us that not only match my bathroom but looks even better than the old one.

I must say I was really worried after my home warranty company assigned Highway Plumbing & Rooter after having reviewed the negative yelp reviews. I submitted my claim to the home warranty at 9:30 a.m. and Highway Plumbing & Rooter contacted me within 5 minutes of submitting my claim for a same day appt. Lorenzo was here within an hour. Lorenzo replaced my garbage disposal, replaced two leaking faucets and unclogged a drain. He was extremely friendly and got the job done. I am glad to have had a great experience. Thank you Highway Plumbing & Rooter you are great.

Do not use these company! They will lie to your home warranty and say they couldn't complete the job because there is no plumbing access. We submitted a claim for our shower not draining, these guys come out and snake the drain and say it's plugged and that we don't have roof access but don't ask if we have any other way to access the drain and just leave. We call our home warranty and we are told that our claim was denied because this company said we were not giving them access to the drain. I highly recommend you call out a different company. We also did not receive a work order or receipt before they left.
