If I could give this company and its staff a negative star rating I would! AHS sent them over to my house and it went horribly bad from there!
I talked with two different staff that each said a 4 to 6 pm Window. The plumbers, if you can call them that, show up at 3 and they harass my wife on the phone and make her feel like she owed them.
They did not wear protective ""booties"" on their work boots when they entered my home.
Without trying to figure a non intrusive way of locating the leak, they started cutting 3 large holes in my ceiling and wall. They did not lay down any sort of tarp to cover the counter or floor.
They were looking for reasons to deny the claim rather than locating the source of the leak.
They did not clean up after themselves. They left the cutout Sheetrock and all the dust where it lay and left.
By the time they left my home, my wife was in tears in how they treated her and how unprofessional and inhuman they were.

LET's not forget I called them 3 business days in a row and for 3 business days, the manager wouldn't return my call.

Update to my recent review. My service call was scheduled from 12-2. They showed up approximately 1:00-1:30pm. The office sends out an email to the customer then to home warranty co prior to their arrival. The reason I am updating my post is, the office is also needs improvement. The email was sent at 10PM!!! This business needs improvement all around! Most importantly how to install faucets and properly deal with customers.

I dont know why home warranty recommended them without seeing all their terrible reviews. Same situation with a lot of people here. Lied on their report, they said pipes backwards even though it was working for 5 years. Big time crooks be prepared for fake estimates and repairs that are not even needed. Really dishonest people and rude. I will report them to the bbb and see what states govern their licenses. 0 stars. DO NOT USE THEM! Be warned they are liars!

Made a service request through our home warranty and at first we were a bit skeptical because of the reviews but Vicente came in and fixed our water heater. It took a few days for the part to come in but he dropped by as soon as he could to install the new part. Our water heater now works and our family is grateful for this plumbing service.

I do not recommend Highway plumbing to anyone!!! I would give them a zero if it was possible, or even negative stars. We put in a warranty request for a leaking pipe under our kitchen sink. Came out and saw our pipe was leaking, but said they could not create access so we had to do it ourselves (cut plywood and drywall to get to pipe under our kitchen sink). We did and they came back. Saw the obvious pipe crack but gave us a whole runaround saying we needed a contractor to come destroy our kitchen, break our concrete etc to get to the pipe to fix and a whole other nonsense excuse. Saying we could destroy all the pipes in the house (this is a drain pipe, not water line). Well the technician said he would tell ahs but instead CLOSED the service request as complete when the technician DID NOTHING but tell us unnecessary stuff so he would have to do the job. We got a second opinion outside of ahs and they replaced our pipe in 1.5 hours and did not have to tear apart our kitchen. The other plumber with another company was professional and honest, nothing like highway plumbing. So disappointed with the run around that highway plumbing gave us. Most awful experience ever. Would not recommend to anyone. A simple fix but with the laziness and excuses it did not get complete from them and they did not even try to get it done. Never use them, save your money and get real professionals to do the job, especially if your warranty wants you to use them!

One Star: Highway to Financial Plumbing Hell (Avoid Highway Plumbing!)
Cold shower? Call Highway Plumbing! Except, prepare for a detour into overpriced theatrics and ""ghost in the pipes"" monologues. My leaky water heater got an ""exorcism"" (and a four-digit bill), but remained as cold as a comedian's flop sweat. Save your sanity (and money), avoid this circus act in plumbing overalls. Trust a real plumber, not these highway robbers who work with American Home Shield on their side.

if no stars were possible, I'd give them -100 they came to my house. They lied and said we don't have cleanouts. We have two outside for total for the house. Try to tell me we needed to put a clean out right next to my house when there's two outside alone. told us that he could not do anything until he puts the clean out refuse to remove the toilet and try and snake when other companies have come and done that even this company has done it before in my home., my husband offered to remove the toilet for them so they could snake refuse to do any work. Try to get us for a bunch of money then they lied to my Home Warranty company and said we don't have cleanouts of which we have 4!!!! I will be filing a formal grievance with my Home Warranty company as I see this has been the norm. yes it was was lorenzo

Trash complete trash of a company! Mr. Lorenzo lied to my face didn't even try to fix the job lied and said my home warranty didn't cover to unplug toilet and that I didn't have a clean out! I took Lorenzo to my back yard where the clean out was and fool said I didn't have one. Anyways don't use this company they don't care at all about the customers only about themselves and how to get out of the job!

We reached out to our home warranty, and they issued out our repair to this company. Within minutes of getting off of the phone, we received a call to schedule the repair and visit two days later. We checked out the reviews and were a bit nervous, but trusted in God. Our visit was scheduled for in-between noon and 2PM. Isaac was our technician. He called, and asked if he could come 20 minutes early which was great! He arrived with another technician and they checked each of our toilets that were constantly running. They had them fixed in under 30 minutes. During the repair, he showed us what was happening, why it was happening and gave us some pointers for the future and gave us some advice on what to buy whenever we do decide to replace them outright. We had a great experience with this technician and really appreciated the service and professionalism.

If I could give it, no stars, I would! They were recommended by my insurance company, how they're still in business I have no idea! They came out to fix a leak I had behind the bathroom sink. Lorenzo said it requires caulking that is cosmetic. We don't cover cosmetic. I had no doubt he was being LAZY... and didn't want to do the work! I called my insurance back to get a second opinion we finally had someone come out who knows what they're doing, they found the broken pipe that was leaking so bad it was coming out through the bottom of the house. Thats the same company who actually broke the pipe when they came out to fix it prior, eight months back. Now I have water damage behind my wall all the way to my floor that needs to be replaced. I have made it a point to tell my insurance to note they are no longer allowed to come out to my home.
