I'm still having an ongoing issue with flooding of my crawl space and with the amount of rain we are having here in Atlanta, getting the issue fixed keeps getting pushed back because of all the consecutive days of back to back rain. So last Saturday, I turned to Yelp to find someone that could come and pump out the space and have the water removed before we encountered four continuous days of rain starting the following Monday. I received several quotes from other plumbers on Yelp, but Mr. Reggie was the only one able to come out that same Saturday evening. We agreed on a time of 7:30pm. He arrived shortly after that time. Accessed the situation and agreed to call me Sunday morning about 8ish to set up a time to come out and set up the pump. I heard from him shortly after 10am, which was no real issue for me because who wants to deal with plumbing problems at 8am on a Sunday, and we agreed on a time of 7pm Sunday evening for the pump to be installed. He arrived to the house about 7:30ish and set the pump up. He stayed at my house til about 10pm and then gave me some instructions on turning the pump off around midnight and he would come pick up the equipment the following day. I did as instructed and turned the pump off at midnight but there was still some remaining water in the space, so I got up around 4am and turned it back on and by 6am the space was cleared totally of the standing water. Mr. Reggie called the following day around noon to let me know he was at the house to pick up the equipment and gave me some great pointers on which way to go with the repairs so that it wouldn't be such a great expense to me in the long run and also agreed to come back and pump the space out again if it flooded within the week. I'd for sure use his services again, and we already agreed to have him come back when I am ready to start work on my gutters. His pricing was fair and for anyone to offer to re-do the job again if needed within a week at no cost is unheard of in today's society.

Reached out to yelp and Mr. Reggie answered my call. Had a pipe leaking in my basement. Mr. Reggie came over and identified the problem. Very knowledgeable on this type of issue. Was not able to make it the next day due to another job running over but came the day after that and got everything taken care of. After talking to him and hearing is resume he will be doing a lot more work around my home. Thanks Mr. Reggie.

I am so happy to have found Reginald. I needed to replace a water heater and called Reginald. The valve letting into the water heater was bad as well and would have required days/weeks to get authorization to turn off the water to the building (I live in a condo). Reginald was able to replace the valve, with the water running, and install the water heater. The price was also very reasonable. If you are looking for an honest plumber, I would definitely recommend them.

Reginald is the best! He answered my urgent message in a very prompt timeframe, gave me a reasonable price estimate, and sent me a timeframe for when he was available (same day! On a Sunday!). He showed up on time and was very, very nice. What impressed me the most was how stressed out I was trying to get my toilet fixed myself - he was in and out so fast, asked me to check and inspect the toilet to make sure I was satisfied, and then gave me a 30 day warranty. Also let me pay via Venmo, which I loved since this was an unexpected issue and I didn't have cash on hand. Would definitely consider using his services again, especially in an emergency. I awakened to see my front lawn covered in water. A pipe had bursted. Even though the hours stated CLOSED, I still requested a quote and received immediate feedback. Reginald was at my home in no time. I told him that this was the second time that this had occurred and that the previous plumber wasn't available. Well, I'm so grateful that the previous plumber wasn't available because the previous plumber is the reason that Reginald had to go in and CORRECT the previous plumber's work. Reginald was kind, thorough, and he also emailed pictures of the corrected/completed work. I would definitely use him again...he also told me that he does AC repairs .
