I dedicated the initial three years of my eight-year plumbing career to clearing mainlines, excavating trenches, and grasping plumbing systems that have been around for over a hundred years. Following that, I spent two years with J.R. Pierce and Prestige, mastering the management of high-efficiency teams and multimillion-dollar projects. The past few years, I have primarily worked independently, with a manager who trusted me to bid and manage the plumbing side of high-value projects.

Currently, I focus entirely on managing Hightower Plumbing Systems.

At 29 years old, I have been in this field since I was 19. I dedicate my weekends to work, aiming to save enough for a house and to begin a family. Both of my parents are independent contractors or business owners, preparing me for similar work from a young age. This is why I went to Sonoma State for business management straight after graduating from Granite Bay High School with a 3.2 GPA.

I gained experience quickly through various plumbing roles and contractors, each with over 30 years in the industry. This was reinforced through repetition until I reached a point of minimal errors. Every past employer provided training that benefited their company and taught me the essentials of running a business. I tackle each day with integrity, efficiency, and thorough preparation.
