The first three years of my eight years in plumbing involved clearing mainlines, trench digging, and learning about plumbing that has existed for a century. Afterward, I worked for two years at J.R. Pierce and Prestige, where I learned to oversee large teams and manage multimillion-dollar jobs. The past few years, I have primarily worked independently, with a manager who trusted me to bid and manage the plumbing side of high-value projects.

Now, I devote all my time and energy to running Hightower Plumbing Systems.

Now at 29, I have been involved in plumbing since I was 19. I work seven days a week to save for a home and start a family. Having parents who are independent contractors or business owners has shaped my path in this field since I was a kid. That’s why I pursued business management at Sonoma State right after graduating from Granite Bay High School with a 3.2 GPA.

I earned my experience swiftly from diverse plumbing positions and contractors, each having more than 30 years in the business. I practiced until I could perform tasks without making mistakes. My former employers trained me in ways that helped their businesses while also imparting valuable lessons on effective company management. I approach each day with honesty, efficiency, and full preparation. Don’t hesitate to open a book and another to verify the information within.
