Matt was great!! This is the third time I've used their services. I had a slab leak that was coming up through my living room floor. Matt walked me through the options of a reroute or going through the floor to make the repair. He even walked me through the potential issues I could have if we went through the floor. I choose to do the reroute as it made the most sense and the cost was about the same as my insurance deductible. They were on time, wore masks, and were very personable. They were able to do a reroute which saved me from having to rip my floors and we're able to complete the job in about half a day. Highly recommend these guys as they are always professional, provide options, and walk me through the issues and solutions.

This is now the second time we have used this company. First they fixed a leaking toilet. Then we had them out a second time when our kitchen sink would not drain.
The plumbers were very good and professional. The CSR on the phone both time was a very nice to speak with. I really like that they texted me that the plumber would be arriving in 10 minutes before they arrived.
Will be hiring them again for all plumbing needs.

We had an issue with our water flow and we called Highsmith & Daughters. We Matt, the owner out within a day or so and he was sooooo knowledgeable, really helpful, and just a down to earth, super cool guy. He was able to immediately diagnose the issue for us. We had just moved into the home and needed the invoice to be very specific due to our home warranty requirements. He submit the invoice listing out everything they required and it got approved with no questions (which I feel like is unheard of with home warranties). He was honest, kind, and did a great job! We had a nasty leak in the hot water line under our slab between the guest bath and living room. Matt was at our house Monday, as soon as the leak detection guy had pinpointed the location. He assessed the situation and recommended a re-route to fix. His crew, Eric and Trenton, showed up Wednesday morning, and the job was done by early afternoon, including the water heater replacement that I also requested.

These guys are all very skilled and knowledgeable, and got right to it with no time wasted. Bonus points for being very friendly and extremely polite! And Phyllis, Matt's mother, who runs the office and answers the phone, is just a joy to talk to. I enthusiastically recommend this company to anyone looking for great plumbing service!

Well for now I can only give you guys four stars because this is my first time using you and I basically just had a couple phone calls and then I had Trenton come out and give me an estimate but so far your company feels like family to me I had a very good conversation with Phyllis today and it was like talking to a family member because today was a very sad day where she had to put her cat down but besides the point when Trenton came out he was very knowledgeable about all my plumbing needs including what type of faucets I should buy and what brands so I'm looking forward to doing work with you guys
