Our last communication was my telephone call to you on June 20, 2022-you said ""I'll get back to you shortly"". I fail to understand why I am not getting a response to my many phone calls to you since your service call to my residence on June 8, 2022. The 4 inch gravity drain line from my basement in my residence had roots in as told to me by Ridgefield Plumbing who in fact referred me to your company. I called you on June 7 and the service call was scheduled for the very next day which I appreciated very much. The technicians discovered many roots in the line including some large ones and were unable to clear the line while removing a substantial amount from the line. They jetted the line extensively and took videos -in addition there were two breaks in the lines.
Despite not being able to clear the line, I paid your company in full immediately without hesitation or creating any difficulty. I have called many times to speak to you, Mathew or any expert in your company as to what my best alternative should be and to date have not received any return phone calls or other communication either positive or negative. I don't get it. I was just calling to get some advise whether a liner could be installed instead of digging up the line and am obviously being avoided.
In addition, you informed me that Mathew was to examine the videos and would personally get back to me to discuss my clogged drain line. As I indicated, this never occurred. You also said I would get a copy of the video from the service call. This also never occurred. Your company's conduct (pardon the profanity) is pretty s---ty and unconscionable. I hired your company in good faith, conducted myself in good faith, paid you company is good faith, and did not deserve the abhorrent conduct by your company.
Accordingly, I am extremely dissatisfied with the apparent lack of concern/follow up and I hereby rate your company with zero (0) stars.

Amy S.Matthew the owner is totally unethical and his company destroyed my property.
We had one leader drain come loose in a connected system, all around the entire house taking all the rainwater to a rain garden. In exploration of a trickle into a garage we found a disconnected leader drain about 3 feet under ground.
They came out and charged $1000.00 to scope and jet the system.
They said it was blocked 25 feet away from the house bit won't complete the job even though they marked the place to dig for the repair. They just won't call back.
Next thing ya know we have torrential rain and our house floods.
Water is coming through the foundation where a leader drain is supposed to be connected to the system. Our furnished space becomes a swimming pool as a spout of water flows in through a crawl space.
This has never happened before and Matthew claims it has nothing to do with his jetting and scoping maneuver. He won't help with the flood and quits the job now that he took 2500 dollars in down payment.
There is a ring in DANTE's hell just for drain people who abandon jobs in a crisis.
You can imagine what their punishment is and it doesn't smell pretty.
