We had several quotes when we ended up with a sink hole in front of our house. Mostly guys that would fix the problem temporarily and we may have the same issues down the road.
Chad and his workers came in and fixed it the right way. We do not have to worry about it ever happening again. He gave us a great price and great service!!!
His son was one of the workers. He was a fine young man, very polite and a great worker!

We used Highland Plumbing to convert our home to overhead sewer due to water from city sewer backing up during heavy rainfall. I would highly recommend them. I originally called their office and spoke with Laurie. She setup a time for Chad to come out to visit our home. She also informed us of the City of Joliet program that partially reimburses the expense of this work. Chad came out and explained the entire process. He was very thorough. We decided to go with Highland, and everything went smooth and as planned. Chad and his team were prompt and on time all three days they were at our house. They took great care of keeping everything clean and neat. They were very professional, courteous and thorough. Once again, I highly recommend Highland. Great job!9

Chad and his team did an outstanding job routing new copper piping to my kitchen sink, and also replacing an outdoor water faucet. They give me best price for 75g water heater and recently replaced pit ejector. Noticed on Saturday night that ejector is not working and called them. Within a 30 minutes they returned call and setup replacement for Sunday morning. Reliable and highly professional service.

Came home from a trip and had no water - the line into the house had frozen! Called Highland and they fit me in the morning I called. They had the expertise and equipment to thaw the line from inside the house. When they needed to have the water turned off at the street briefly - after melting the ice jam - they called the City of Joliet and were able to get them out within the hour. Great all around service. They are a family owned and operated company and know their stuff.

I called to get a price on cleaning some drains and talked to a lady in the office. The job was for a kitchen and bathroom sink and I told her I was going to need an inspection camera. She gave me a price with the inspection camera of $185 an hour. I set up the service to be performed at 8am. When I arrived at the house a min before 8 the guys were outside waiting.
This is what happened next. I was told the camera would not go down the drains inside the house. After 15 min they had cleaned the drains and Chad asked me if I wanted the camera put down the main sewer line. He said I was going to be charged the same price. I asked him what the charge was and he said $185. He was going to charge me $185 for 15 min of work and could not use the camera on the inside drains. This was the reason I called to have the job done.
After the sewer line was checked the guys had everything cleaned up before 9am. Chad then walked over with a bill for 1.5 hours of work and said he was charging me for travel time starting at 7:30am. The shop is only 15 min away from the home. So I was charged $46 for them to sit outside my house until the scheduled start time of 8am. I ended up paying $277.50 after Chad told me it would be $185. And the entire time there was a second guy who did nothing but talk to me and watch Chad work.
