this plumber has an excessively high hourly rate that they didn't discuss in advance. A small, 10 minute fix wound up costing over 210 bucks. I would never use this company and recommend avoiding them if you need a plumber in Mammoth.

Terek has come through for us time and time again and will ALWAYS be our first call when we have a plumbing issue. As a second homeowner and 350 miles away, it's important to have service providers you can count on - particularly when an emergency pops up. Not only is he a knowledgable and skilled plumbing contractor, he is responsive, communicative, efficient and goes above and beyond with the service he provides. Arrived at our house to discover that our water heater had sprung a leak and drained into the subfloor during the week prior. Tarek was incredibly responsive via both phone and text, despite the fact that it was a weekend evening. He walked me through diagnosing the problem, turning everything off, and arrived early on Monday to remove the broken water heater and dry out the wet floor. Returned a few days later (to give the floor time to dry out) and did a great job patching the floor and installing the new water heater, smitty pan, drain line, and new water lines. They even reinstalled our washer which had to be moved to install the new water heater. Left the house clean and did great work. Incredibly professional, responsive, and great communication. Will definitely use them for our plumbing needs going forward.

We arrived in Mammoth from LA and when we opened the front door to our Val D'Isere condo on a Saturday night we noticed a strong musty smell. We checked our unit's carpet figuring that perhaps the heavy winter snow may have caused a leak through the ceiling. Initially we couldn't find moisture, standing water, or the source until we checked the bedroom closet. The pressure relief valve on the tankless water heater was leaking, dripping onto the carpet for an unknown number of days. We shut it off and had only cold water service until it could be fixed on Monday. Tarek of Highland Plumbing texted on Sunday that he couldn't come Sunday but he showed up at 8am on Monday. He diagnosed the problem and ordered a new valve since the hardware store didn't have it in stock. The valve arrived two days later and he installed it with no further leaks or issues. The tankless water heater is 15+ years old so we may have Highland Plumbing install it. In the meantime, we're going to have them replace and update a couple of old bathroom faucets. It's good to know we have good, reliable plumber for our plumbing needs.

We needed a new water heater ASAP. Times are tough so it was difficult to find someone who could help until we called Tarek @ Highland Plumbing. He and his partner answered the phone & helped us within 24 hours. They're also reasonable & very nice. Highly recommend
