I am an architect and have been living in our home for about 20 years. We have tried several plumbers over the years but all of them have been painfully unsatisfactory. Our tankless water heater was defective. Installed only four years ago, it had been giving us recurring problems, causing us to pay a lot of money for poor service on a poor product (the last time it stopped working our plumber at the time wouldn't even return our phone calls, and he had originally installed it!). Needless to say, we are so happy that we finally met David of Highland Plumbing. We decided to scrap the defective unit and were soliciting bids for the installation of a new Navien tankless. Many plumbing companies that we contacted wanted to charge a fee just to come out to give us a price. After calling David, he came out next morning and carefully assessed the situation, followed by a broken down bid, all free of charge. He was always pleasant, extremely professional, on-time and answered all of our questions. As an architect I am familiar with many plumbing issues; David was very knowledgable and gave us complete confidence. He removed the old heater and installed the new one in a day. I always ask for clean, professional work from those I work with, and David didn't disappoint. It is beautifully done, solving all of the problems created by our previous plumber. David even went out of his way to get the tax rebate forms for us to help recover some of the cost of the tankless heater. He is patient, honest and trustworthy, and clearly takes pride in his work. I give David of Highland Plumbing my highest recommendation and look forward to working with him in the future.

David from Highland Plumbing has been helping us for a year at our new house. After suffering from a con-man general contractor, we have had to perform many corrections and improvements on our house. He's addressed emergency unclogging a tenant's toilet while we were out of town, correcting the installation of a navien tankless hot water heater, and re-installing an exterior gas line requiring work at elevation with fall protection. Of several plumbers we had review our issues, he was the only one that figured out that we needed a pressure regulator to abate loud toilet. David has responded with professionalism and good recommendations. He is patient and answers our many questions.

Wow, huge difference in service compared to other companies. We've hired David for 3 jobs now and have been impressed every time. Other companies have charged us by the hour, are coming and going for supplies, seemed puzzled by the task, need to call their supervisor countless times, and so forth. David has been knowledgeable in every situation he has come out to help us with. He is familiar with brands and their different quirks. For all of our 3 visits, he has literally walked into the door at the time he said he would be here. His prices have never changed on us and pay what he initially said. He respects our space and will help us by disposing of used/unneeded parts. I'm so glad we have come across David and feel a sense of reassurance whenever we have a plumbing issue and know he is able to help.

David is literally the best! We needed a water filtration system installed under our kitchen sink and a new faucet. David was very prompt in responding and getting the job done in a timely manner. Very pleasant personality and very knowledgeable. He cleaned up afterward using his own materials and handled the disposal of the previous parts.

A few months later, we invited him back to install our new sink and reroute the garbage disposal. Another great job done! We weren't surprised. Our kitchen is now complete thanks to his services. David from Highland Plumbing just finished replacing our sewer system and was just great to work with. This was a complicated job because our property is build into a hillside and access is very tight in places. His estimates are VERY detailed and his prices are good. He is smart, polite, has great communication skills and is reliable. I am planning on using him for all my plumbing work in the future.
