Rip off. Charged for Moen shower valve cartridge and diverter. Upon further review it was only the diverter that was changed. I got a real plumber to drill out the old cartridge that was left behind(because it was too difficult or risky? You weren't willing to discuss with homeowner?) Ask to see the old parts.

My heat was broken. It was Saturday morning at 7:00 am and the house was freezing. i called highland plumbing and they came shortly after. Not only did they fix my heater they fixed a carbon monoxide issue. They got my heat back on that day. They were clean and courteous. I'm so grateful for all their hard work.

Thankgiving Miracle! This past Thanksgiving eve, our boiler went out. We called Highland first thing in the morning as it was very cold out and we were having guests later in the day. Highland arrived within the hour and replaced the thermocouple and advised that my boiler was leaking and to call the manufacturer. This is why we use Highland!!

It is my day off, just after I wake up my wife let's me know the heat is not working. I get my phone and called Highland Plumbing, It's 7:50 am the operater ask for my info and tells me, I'll get a call shortly with an eta. 90 seconds later, the owner calls ,his tech will be assigned just after 8am. 8:15 I have a knock on my front door It's AL from Highland Plumbing. My heating unit is 32 years old, he gets to work, replaces a cooper wire which he had is his truck, and 8:50 am done. Heats on all clean. The fee was very fair.
