Came out when he said he would, was right on time. Professional and courteous gentleman. Helped us get our water system back on line after some serious freeze damage from URI 2021. He knows how to fix stuff. We would use his services again if needed.

I had a HUGE issue with a water leak beneath my slab. My home is 18 yrs old with copper pipes. The hard water took its toll. I decided on getting a re-pipe done with PEX Pipe. So I researched the project, and companies in my area who could perform such a large job.
I talked with companies who were just too busy to even give a quote. Others telling me the new pipe must go through the attic, and it's just too hot right now, call back in the Fall.
Finally I called Highlands Lakes Plumbing, owner Shannon Willson. (Yes two L's,) Easy to remember , just think double the value. OH MY GOODNESS !!!!
While other companies were calling me back to apologize for delays coming out to bid, Shannon gave me his WORD he would show up within an hour. Then he texted me to confirm his arrival time. He has earned my trust by showing up as promised. He continued to perform above and beyond the level of Master Plumber! His work is fast, exact, and neat/orderly. The lines in my attic were neat, flat, and secure. When pressured up, did not leak. Quality work from a true professional.
