High Tech Plumbing does not offer emergency service. We had an active leak in our basement and even though we are existing customers they told me to turn the water off and that they could not help us out for three weeks. I called back and the receptionist said that she would call the owner to ask if he could find an opening in their schedule. They never called back and left us hanging.
Mountain Plumbing and Heating came out and fixed the problem in less than an hour. High Tech Plumbing might be the biggest in the area but they do not offer emergency service for existing customers. Will never rely on them or recommend them again.

Nice people, well intentioned but unable to execute a project. Communication is awful. Follow up and reliability are poor at best. Relevant information concerning expensive equipment installed during our renovation was never provided, resulting in our inability to have full use of our A/C/heat pump system. We had to hire another firm to clean up the mess.

I can't recommend this company as a an HVAC installer. We had terrible service during our project and management was completely unresponsive. It took multiple calls to get them to do the work and when it was done it was often done poorly.

My experience with Hi-Tech was nothing less than awfull. Poor service all around. Sr. Manager missed schedules, did not return calls, never completed work without constant need for reminding. Designed a heating system that was a little complicated and never fully commissioned the system so it fails to run in accordance with specs. Specified use of hydronic fan boxes which we were assured would be quiet. In reality they are very noisy and hard to deal with when running in a an otherwise quiet room. I could never recommend this company to anyone given the total lack of responsiveness through a 17 month history.
