Leaky release valve that had corroded over the years. Reached out on Yelp for quotes and High Speed Rooter & Plumbing was the quickest to respond. Had a technician Frank come out within the hour and replaced the valve in a timely manner. Professional, explained things and I am pleased with the service. Maybe not the most inexpensive but when you're in a jam, they got the job done. Was able to even provide me a discount when I said I was unemployed and money was tight. Will recommend and use them for when I do need a new water heater replacement! Thank you, Frank! A pleasure.

Last minute phone call to them and they were the only plumbers to actually show up and were available! I called other places who said that someone would be calling me within the next hour which they didn't, then they said someone would call me in ten minutes which they didn't, and so I called High Speed Rooter at the last minute and they were able to send out a great plumber within an hour!!!

I had gotten estimates from about 6 or 7 license different plumbers regarding improper connections and a leaking shower valve. Frank came out he was pretty upfront and even crawled under the house. We went over the estimate and setup everything. After a couple fixes they also let me know what they thought needed repair actually ended not need anything. Overall very please with the honestly and integrity of their employees. They saved me a few hundred dollars. Thank you Frank, Angel and team.

Call these jokers if you have nothing to do and want to waste time and get the run around. Booked an appointment with them for a next day service based on their availability. Said it was a standard $90 for a rooter if you have a cleanout. Appointment was for Saturday morning and the call about an hour and a half before to confirm and they said someone would be on the way. Two hours later I call to see what's going on and the technician isn't even on his way. They have to call him to track him down. They call back to say that the technician is about 25 minutes out and if I want the service they'll give me a 10% discount for my trouble =$9 for at least an hour of my time waiting AFTER THEY BOOKED AN ADVANCE APPOINTMENT AND THEN CALL TO CONFIRM IN THE MORNING! Said I wasn't interested and the person on the phone who probably isn't at fault said she'd call the owner to see what else they could do. No thanks. There's actually respectful businesses who I'd rather give my money to. As a note if you get referred to a ""speed rooter"" service as a good one this one clearly isn't it. There another ""speed rooter"" in LA that I think I was supposed to call. I should have known based on the bad Google reviews.

Frank, the plumber provided professional service with great communication. My tankless water heater needed maintenance, and Frank took care of that AND some. My hard water in Monterey Park caused a lot of calcium build up but Frank took care of that, too. I will be calling High Speed Rooter to install my water filtration system. I know that my home is in good hands.

I requested a quote for a small repair for our tenant and Hi Speed was super professional and reliable. They called to confirm an appointment after my initial request, and the tech showed up on time without any issues. The repair (a cracked p-trap and was leaking) was done quickly and prices were fair. Easy and stressfree! Would definitely use their services again.

I needed the faucets for the washing machine hookups to be replaced and yelped a few companies. They got back to me quickly online and assigned me to Frank. Frank was courteous, professional and very easy to work with.

Frank and Angel were very timely and got the job done well and were in and out in about 90 minutes. The longest delay was my fault bc I didn't know which valve to shut off in my building.

There are few home problems worse than plumbing problems... with all but the simplest issues, you're really in a jam and essentially stuck calling a plumber. What's worse, many plumbing companies are notorious for questionable pricing schedules and shady dealings... we once called a company who advertises ""smell-good"" plumbers for a $99 drain cleaning, who quoted us more than $2000 to install a clean out before clearing the drain. Mind-boggling ridiculousness, that one.

NOT THE CASE with Hi-Speed! They were very fair and did an amazing job on a very stubborn drain line somewhere deep under the slab of our rental property. The plumber, Frank, was friendly, honest, on-time, and fair. After attempting to snake the drain, he was unable to clear the clog... so HE DIDN'T charge me a dime... instead, he recommended a high-pressure jet cleaning, and scheduled for a Saturday morning. Didn't even have to miss work for this one.

Again, Frank and another plumber showed up right on time Saturday morning, and got the drain open. Frank grabbed a scrub brush and cleaned up the funk that came out of the clean out, pushing it all off the patio hosed it down, and sprayed some chemical/disinfectant to knock down the stank. A camera snaked down the drain confirmed it was clear. As he was leaving, Frank hurried out as his better half was in labor, and the baby was a'coming! Just an awesome guy! A few days later, he even called to make sure everything was still working fine and the drain was operating normally. Style points, friends.

The next week, I got a call from Hi Speed to pay my bill over the phone, quick and easy. This is a good company and an honest plumbing operation in my book.

It feels good to find a reputable company that doesn't try to up sell, doesn't offer unnecessary extra services, and cleans up when they're done.

No one wants plumbing problems, but the next time we have to deal with this kind of headache, we will call Hi Speed.

Gladly appreciated service from Miguel today. I was able to schedule an appointment through yelp. They gave me a time frame and Miguel showed up right on time to my surprise. I liked that he was dressed professionally with his name tag on. He was very considerate, again to my surprise, by offering to take his shoes off before entering my home. He inspected my clogged drain on the side of my home and gave me all possible scenarios including a quote for no more than $375 to hydro jet my drain. I was hoping the job would cost less since he said ""no more than,"" but yelp offers a 10% off service and he at least honored that discount. He spent about 4 hours. I still have heavy roots in my drain that need to be addressed but he was at least able to clear it up enough to get it draining again. He didn't have to, but he took the time to show me where his camera got stuck because of the roots. He offered me multiple options to address my root problem and gave me a quote for the best option. I didn't feel pressured at all. I felt like i could trust him. Will definitely consider them again for my future service.

Be careful of bait and switch with this company. They will quote you one price and then try to hook you with a much higher price when they come out.
