Terrible. Unreliable. Zero follow-up. Poor customer service.
I called in to schedule an appointment due to a water line leak off the washing machine at a rental unit in a condominium building.
Not only did the plumbing technician never show up to the appointment, the main office never followed up with me either.
I had to call the main office to find out what happened. I was told the technician had showed up to the property and tried calling (no missed calls from him). Lies.
When the main office got him on the line, the technician told me he was at the property and ""had noticed leaks outside the building"" when he was there. I had clearly stated in my phone call that the leak was inside the laundry room of a residential condo unit. Why was he poking around the water meter on the exterior of the building? It made NO sense. And to top it off, he never called the main office to get in contact with me.
When I later told him over the phone the leak was inside a residential unit, his only response was ""Oh. Well. I'm not in that area anymore.""
WTF?

Pro:
- efficient
- courteous (dude put booties on his shoes before walking into my house!)
- when he didnt know something, he didnt try to fake it til he made it, he took the time to text and call his team about the part to confirm his theory. It's so important to me that I'm not taken advantage of and the issue is actually fixed and not just a quick fix
- got the job done
- reasonable in pricing
- great communication, original time couldn't be met due to LA traffic so they kept me posted on new ETA.
- took the time to explain to us what was going on and how he would fix it
Con:
- dont really have any :)

Frank fixed our dishwasher in 2 mins (turns out the issue was with the clog in the aerator), and he didn't want to charge me because he wanted to be fair to his customers. Thanks Frank!

I requested a quote from someone else I saw on Yelp, before I know it the same message was sent to several other companies. High Speed Rooter responded right away with Frank giving me the rundown on what might be going on with my sewer line. To make a long story short I am 100% satisfied customer. I was shown everything I needed to make my decision on going with the warthog attachment and in the end I feel a huge weight of my shoulders! Line looked pretty bad with tons of roots. Frank even showed me a piece of ancient solidified grease that was hard as a rock! I have tenants that also depend on having the plumbing working and not backing up. Afterwards he showed me the screen and I saw just sewer pipe and no more random roots and ancient grease patties. Thanks again

I had needed an emergency rooter and called high speed based on their proximity to me as well as the catchy title - I naively assumed that a ""veteran-owned "" company might be squared away with regard to how they do business. I was wrong. During my first encounter with high speed plumbing, the dispatcher was called at 8 pm, (when the emergency occurred) and I was guaranteed that a plumber would reach out within an hour. I waited till midnight with no luck.
The next day, a plumber reached out, and solved my problem. The plumber had arranged a meeting time with me, which he got wrong, and called me at home an hour early, causing a rush. The dispatcher didn't assume any accountability for this. The plumber was fantastic, I would use his services again. As for this company, I would think twice before seeking them out. What this indicates to me is a leadership failure, I received no acknowledgement of wrong (I told the dispatch that I'd like to speak to a manager) and was ignored. This is unacceptable and as a veteran myself, I am truly disappointed. High speed plumbing is not the kind of ""high speed"" outfit they proclaim to be.
Within a month, I had to call them up again for a service and was not given an eta by the dispatcher, nor reached out to by the plumber ahead of time. NOT how I do business. 8 up!!!

I'm highly satisfied and I would recommend High Speed Rooter & Plumbing, Frank came to check the toilets, sink and water pressure and did a good job!! Please call them to get a free estimate! Great Job!

Good service - Omar came over and fixed our water heater in timely manner. Thank you!!!

I had an issue with my garbage disposal and pipes leaking underneath my kitchen sink. High Speed Router got someone out right away to help me and were super accommodating when it came to scheduling. My plumber Frank was super helpful, took the time to explain what had happened, and fixed the problem for me in no time. He even made sure to stick around and repeatedly test the disposal and run the water to make sure no more issues transpired. Frank even offered to help me move my fridge to make sure no leaking water was pooled under it. He was honest and thorough with his work. Will definitely be calling these guys for all future plumbing needs.

Omar from this company came to our home today to help us with our hot water issue. While he was here, we asked him about a gas leak concern that we've been having and a heater/heating system issue. Omar checked out the issues and gave us several recommendations moving forward. I feel like he went above and beyond to help us in our problems and was very professional in his demeanor. We got our hot water problem fixed the same day, and will work with this company again.

Our toilet clogged when my husband and I had the stomach flu.
I got an appointment with in an hour. Frank did a great job and only $39.95.
Will definitely call them again.
Great job!!!
