Pros:
1. Arrived on time
2. Inspected the basement carefully and did not find any leaks, but found mold
3. They referred me to a restoration company to fix the mold problem.

They were able to identify a problem and gave me direction as to what steps to take next all without charging me a dime. Thanks for your help!

Armando and Jorge helped me fix two leaky faucets and a leaky toilet and made some helpful recommendations for how to prevent similar problems from happening in the future. They found parts and came back to replace everything. I ended up paying $650 for 4 faucet parts and 1 toilet valve replacement ( $100 discount included). I felt that this was reasonable because the parts alone cost $400 since they were antique parts.
They were both personable and timely. Would recommend them!

I had a mainline stoppage and called High Speed Rooter based on the strong reviews on Yelp. They responded very quickly and spent the entire day and into the evening at my home to fix the issue. Alexis, Alberto and Neto were all highly professional, and were patient in responding to my various questions about the needed repairs. They were also diligent in cleaning up and putting the lawn back in order after completing the work.

Bought a new oven range combo and the gas pipe was in the wrong location for the oven cut out, causing it to stick out a couple inches. Used SERVIZ to schedule the gas pipe move and they assigned us High Speed Plumbing. Jesus and Luis arrived ON TIME :) and found the job was a little bigger than we thought once they cut into the dry wall. Still, they said it could be done (phew!) left to get parts, and completed the job swiftly! They even patched the drywall for us! Highly recommend them. Nice, courteous, friendly and skillful! OSCAR and his crew are the BEST!!! I have had the pleasure of doing business with
High Speed Rooter & Plumbing on several occasions. They are honest, fair, and a pleasure to work with. I just had two of his guys, David and Armando come out yesterday. They are always willing to go the extra mile to make sure I am happy with the service. They also call to check and make sure that what they worked on is still in working order the next day. If you're looking for a reliable plumber these are your guys! They gave me a two hour window but showed up 15 minutes early from the window start which was perfect as I had an errand to run. They were very friendly and fast and I overall I could not have asked for more. My garbage disposal had glass down the drain. Not any more! I was able to make a same Day appointment. Armando and David came out and did a great job. I felt bad because they did so much to assess the problem only to find out that it was not an easy fix they were willing to do but it was too short of notice to do something so in depth.
I would definitely recommend them for your plumbing needs.
