Good guys here! They came out to check out our problem and gave us a quote up front. They delivered same day service as well, even though they were very busy. We called them on a Monday, which everything usually goes wrong on a Monday morning for some reason.

I appreciate the work that Jim and George did. I had a slab leak and Jim was able to come by on New Years day to check it out. He performed a leak detection for a pretty good discounted fee. He was very professional and just seemed like a very good guy, we ended up having High Speed Plumbing make the fix. As noted by other Yelpers, they absorbed the cost of the leak detection into the final cost of the repairs, so no other discounts were given. I think that's fine because I believe that's what other companies do. The next day, him and George came by and George stayed behind to make the actual repairs. George was awesome. Friendly, open to share his knowledge, and worked hard to get the job done right. At the end of the day, there was still a small (very unnoticeable) leak which he made it his responsibility to get it done right. He came by the next day and got it fixed. I would definitely use them again.

High Speed Plumbing came to our house to fix a plumbing issue in mid November. Their customer service was awesome and their prices were great. We are calling them again 3 weeks later to fix the same issue they were here for before. We called them because our repair was still covered under their 30 day warranty and we likely wouldn't have to pay a lot. We called around 5 pm to request a plumber. We called around 8pm because we had not had any call back confirming that a plumber would be coming out to our house. They then said that their 24 hour repair man was on another job and would call when he's on his way. 12 hrs later and no call. Super unprofessional.
