We had a plumbing issue on Sunday and did not know any licensed plumber. We did some research on Yelp and found High Speed Plumbing & Drain Specialist. It has a high rating and a fast respond rating so we gave them a call. Donald answered the called and gave me a quote based on what I have told him. Within an hour, Chris came and assessed the problems. He was very patient to explain to us various options and the quotes. We opted to do the 'clean-out' but it was more serious than we hope so Chris needed a special machine to jet the drains the next day. He was so thorough and did it over and over to ensure the drains are running well. He did not charge us for the work that he performed on the first visit. The price for the completed job is reasonable and it comes with a one year warranty.
High Speed Plumbing is very quick to respond to our service call even on a Sunday and Chris is very professional. I know I can rely on them on any plumbing issues.

Answered their phone on an early Monday morning - sent someone within an hour - had our shower and toilet problem fixed in less than an hour. Price was reasonable. Plumber was courteous and professional. Explained what he was doing during the process. AND their work comes with a 90 day warranty. Would definitely recommend.

I was very pleased with Juan and his colleague. They were quick, clean and quiet! I had turned down my first bid because the plumber was trying to over charge me. Called this company on Sunday of Memorial Day weekend and was very impressed with the professionalism of the guy that answered my call. Pricing was great in comparison to the other places I called and he assured me I would get a call back and someone would be en route within two hours. Two hours later I had no call, nobody showed up, and they won't answer my calls. Not cool... If it's an emergency, don't waste your time with this company.

Had a 10am appointment to get our shower fixed. By 11am they are still not here, called and called and called, FINALLY get an answer only to find out the technician is ""fueling up and on the way."" Another 40 minutes and still no one here! (According to the address on file with Yelp we are less than 10 minutes away!)
Who would give this company 5 stars? Really?
If they ever bother to show up I will update this review.

Finally showed up. Once the man got here he was very polite, clean, and replaced them stem quickly.
Had they shown up on time I would have been more than happy to give 5 stars, but until they can be prompt to their appointment time (or at least call to let people know they're running late), I can not give them a perfect rating.
All that said, we will be using this company again. Hopefully next time I will be able to give them 5 stars.

Plumping issues are always scary; they can be an easy fix or a larger one. We happen to have one in between but it was super helpful to have options. Juan and his team went to great lengths to give us a solution today but also a long term one. They took their time and were very informative along the way! It was nice to know they cared.. They even stood later in the evening to fix it all. I will definitely call them back for any issues.
