This is a long overdue review! I work for an apartment building management company ( 150+ properties) and we have been using this company for several years now! They have literally done it all for us! From re-piping a 35-unit building, to installing water heaters. We recently had to replace the line coming from the street to our property in Beverly Hills and they took care of everything including permits.

They are our go to company for every plumbing job, and what I love about them, is that if I call them after hours or on weekends, they ALWAYS help me with whatever emergency I have!

I HIGHLY recommend this company!! You won't be disappointed!!

I called High Quality Plumbing yesterday and made an appointment for them to come to my house for a repipe estimate. I provided them with my contact information and address. They called back to confirm that one of their employees would be at my home at 8:00 am the following day and gave me the employee's name.

I just received a call a 7:57 am this morning from the person working at their office saying ""my boss called and said that your house is too far from our service area"". I told her that the company had all of the information yesterday and they said it was not a problem to service my area (the company is located in Inglewood and I am in L.A.). She just said, ""Sorry, I cannot do anything about it.""

Very poor customer service and I wasted my time with this company!

I texted them AFTER hours and after a few minutes someone called. I had a clogged sink. Nothing major but this is at a place of business so it could definitely not wait.

They told me someone could come within the hour and sure enough after about 45 min a tech named Heladio showed up.

Heladio was polite and professional. Got the job done quick. And cleaned up nice at the end. No complaints. I wish I'd never need a plumber again- but we all know that ain't happening! I'll call these guys next time for sure.

Mr. Hilado was my plumber today. 5/31/22. He removed the old two handle faucet. Replacing it with a single handle pull down faucet from Moen. He left the kitchen clean their was no trash or dirt. Very friendly, courteous, professional, extremely polite and respectful. I highly recommend this company to everyone!!!
