We had clogged area drains. I had 1 other company come out and they were going to charge me more than Elias did. But the decision came down to expertise rather than money. That is to say, that the other company told me that our pool drain drains out of our backyard (we live on a slope with nobody behind us). But Elias said no, that it connects with all the other area drains and goes to the front of our property and on to the street. That is a huge difference--totally different strategy based on those two possibilities. As it turns out, Elias was right. As a matter of fact, he gave me an education as to how all of our area drains work. He and his partner jackhammered our concrete, dug a trench and replaced our area drain. They patched the concrete and now it all seems to be working well! :) He even gave me a free hydrojet on a different part of our property. Thank, Elias.

Contacted High Quality Plumbing to fix my clogged toilet. Elias gave me a price of $80 over the phone after describing my situation and showed up 2 hours after my call. Fixed the clogged toilet and also inspect the condition of my main drainage using camera.

Nice and friendly service. Would definitely be using him for any of my plumbing issue from now on.

We had one of those nightmare situations where what started as a simple home inspection led to major work and cost 3x what we thought. High Quality Plumbing could not have been better. They were fast, efficient, responsive, and very reasonable. Elias in particular was excellent. He walked me through every step of the way, showed me what they were doing and why, explained all my options, and the benefits and risks for each one. Our work involved digging a six foot hole in the yard and they left the yard and driveway spotless by the end, even though the sun had gone down when they were still hosing things down.

I would like to thank Elias for returning to our residence to find out why we didn't any hot water. Elias and his team were great. We purchased a house a year ago with an un-permitted adu- and the plumbing for it had some cheap parts/ cut corners which caused a major back up/ issue with the city line. Elias and his team were honest, and fair, walking us through the process, giving us options and doing everything they said they would including putting back together our beautiful travertine stone driveway. Highly recommend.

On January 2022 I had a kitchen sewer line clogged due to having a lot of residue. I called High Quality Plumbing and Rooter. I scheduled appointment. Next day Elias arrived on time and completed an sewer line inspection and I was recommended by him to have a Hydro jetting cleaning. Then Elias completed the hydro jetting cleaning of the sewer line and left. Definitely recommended, very responsible and professional.

Responsive, professional and courteous are the best way for me to describe Elias and Luis. I came home mid afternoon on a Saturday to a water heater leaking all over my garage. I went to Yelp, found them, called and within 2 hours they were replacing the water heater on a Saturday! I highly recommend High Quality Plumbing and Rooter, they were amazing!
