I needed more help than what I was able to do snaking my kids shower drain and High Quality was very responsive and was straight up in providing a cost estimate without having to phone them. I scheduled an appointment at 2.45pm and Elias was at my house at 4.15pm (their estimate was between 4 and 5pm). Elias was professional and before stepping inside my house asked if he should wear booties (big plus in my book). He snaked the drain and made sure to run the entire 25' length of the snake to unclog whatever it was so the problem wouldn't immediately repeat itself. Thanks Elias and High Quality!

My bathroom sink was clogged
And they were able to come right away. Elias was the plumber that was sent to my house and he was very friendly and very informative of what he's doing and what needs to be done .he even put a strainer on my sink . I would really recommend them and would call them back in the future.

We had clogged area drains. I had 1 other company come out and they were going to charge me more than Elias did. But the decision came down to expertise rather than money. That is to say, that the other company told me that our pool drain drains out of our backyard (we live on a slope with nobody behind us). But Elias said no, that it connects with all the other area drains and goes to the front of our property and on to the street. That is a huge difference--totally different strategy based on those two possibilities. As it turns out, Elias was right. As a matter of fact, he gave me an education as to how all of our area drains work. He and his partner jackhammered our concrete, dug a trench and replaced our area drain. They patched the concrete and now it all seems to be working well! :) He even gave me a free hydrojet on a different part of our property. Thank, Elias.

Contacted High Quality Plumbing to fix my clogged toilet. Elias gave me a price of $80 over the phone after describing my situation and showed up 2 hours after my call. Fixed the clogged toilet and also inspect the condition of my main drainage using camera.

Nice and friendly service. Would definitely be using him for any of my plumbing issue from now on.

We had one of those nightmare situations where what started as a simple home inspection led to major work and cost 3x what we thought. High Quality Plumbing could not have been better. They were fast, efficient, responsive, and very reasonable. Elias in particular was excellent. He walked me through every step of the way, showed me what they were doing and why, explained all my options, and the benefits and risks for each one. Our work involved digging a six foot hole in the yard and they left the yard and driveway spotless by the end, even though the sun had gone down when they were still hosing things down.
