Luis was a blessing for us. In a world where it's so difficult to trust anyone in LA to be true to their word- he came through for us. We had a previous plumber recommend replacing a pipe in our bathroom- it would require some demo work. Luis came in and saved the day by taking a look himself and noticing a valve that had been turned off- he potentially saved us thousands of dollars in one visit. Beyond that he was easy to communicate with and was very helpful. I would recommend him to anyone!

A stubborn clog in my kitchen sink. It was a RARE thing. I have a 3/4 hp dispose-all that turns anything to mush. For the rare grease accumulation clog I have a sink-only plunger that typically clears things up immediately. I have a two drain/double tub sink and the other was fine. The one thing I didn't have was a snake, so I figured this was that rare occasion.
Luis came soon that day and had to open the pipe under the dispose-all which had a freak clump of matter that congealed under the unit, but above the pipe juncture and he showed my how horribly narrow that juncture was.
I wish the folks who installed the new sink a couple year back had shown me because it was a sure source of trouble and I'm surprised it didn't clog earlier.
Less than an hour after Luis got the part I had a great replacement junction at a reasonable price. Great service, great diagnosis, quick to replace. Highly recommended.

Luis did a fantastic job with clearing my daughter's bathroom sink. He was fast and efficient and also cleaned up after his self. Luis was Fearless and fixed the problem at the source! My issue started with one of my tenants complaining about a sewer smell, the crawlspace under the unit is small which is hard to get in there. I had 5 different plumbing companies come and most of them either charge to go into crawlspace or were scared to go in. Luis from High Quality is a beast! He came in jump in there and started inspecting. At first, he could not find a broken sewage line and the smell was not present. We decided on the next day to do a smoke test and to our surprise we found the toilet flange was not installed correctly by the previous owner. Then Luis did the smoke test again and still we had smoke from under the house, Luis advise of the problem and recommended breaking concrete to see what the issue was. Luis did not hesitate to get started right away, others would have said, ""Oh I will come back"", etc. Luis was phenomenal he quickly started breaking concrete and dig to get to the issue. We found the 90 degree pipe under the toilet had rotted out and that was where the smoke/sewer smell was coming from, but the previous owner of the property also did some cookie cutter plumbing which Luis, again no hesitation said, ""I will get this corrected for you"". Luis takes pride in his work and ensure me it was going to be done right. I will definitely be using High Quality Plumbing for my future projects. I extremely recommend these guys on major plumbing issues! Again, big shout out to Luis for getting it done!
