My warranty company sent High Priority Plumbing to my home to pump my septic tank. High priority sent out a nice young man to do the work, but I find out later that he has only been working there for a month. I've had my tank pumped twice and they took the time to find the tank and only dug in one spot. This particular company employee dug up my flowers and shrubs trying to locate my tank. I reached out to High Priority to see if they would replace my flowers and shrubs and they said no. Use this company at your own risk. They are not a responsible company from my experience.

We had a great experience with this company. They identified the problem quickly and did not try to upsell us. They ordered good replacement parts and completed the repair with proficiency. Most importantly, the technicians were friendly and provided great customer service. I would call them again!

Not a fan. Have used them multiple times and need to request experienced plumbers bc the ones without experience will offer to cut holes into your ceiling without actually understanding the issue. If you request a specific person, they will send someone else in their place without informing you. Second time, they ordered the wrong part. This time they changed their policy to waive their fee for prior customers. Did not send out a communication of this change and when I spoke to someone, she refused to allow me to speak to anyone else bc this how its been done (which was chalked up to this is all she knows, but how about acknowledging your lack of training instead of making me sound i didnt have this conversation with multiple people already?). I asked for a supervisor and supervisor said """"she doesn't know anything else and i don't know who you spoke to, to get your fee waived - well, no one actually bc I have been told this is how things were done and was indicated as such. No loyalty for prior customers, poor customer service, no retention, and no communication. Moving along.

They recommended a water damage mitigation company that turned out to be a litigation company to me. Three years after their service I'm going to trial with said company. I hope the referral fee they got was worth it though. Too bad because their service was fine, as was their plumber. However I hope in the future they vet the people they recommend.

High Priority Plumbing came to one of my homes and charged me $700 to repair a plumbing issue. Two days later I had to call them back as the problem was not remedied. One of their other technicians came out and addressed the issue that was not done correctly the first time. When I told him what I paid, he commented that that was way more than what it should have been. Which is what I thought, but I was in a jam and needed help, so I paid it. They were responsive, so when I had another plumbing matter at another home, I called them to get a quote. They quoted me around $9,100 for the job. I knew that was way out of line. So I called another plumber and they just completed the job and all is well. My invoice was $2,100. Call another plumber. These guys are ripping people off terribly.

Evan, the technician that came to our home was professional, polite, very thorough and did a great job. He had to order a part and made two trips - each time he worked quickly and explained what was needed. It's our first time using the service and we are so pleasantly surprised. We highly recommend.

Disappointed in the timeliness of services being provided by High Priority Plumbing. I reported a leak in my unit last week and here we are over a week later and I'm still waiting for someone to fix the issue. They said plumbing requests were backed up (oh the irony), misdiagnosed the lea the first time around, waited another few days for a 2nd contractor to come in, and this point I've spent hours and hours on the phone coordinating between my home insurance, High Priority, and my HOA to turn the building water off to resolve the leak. When they finally arrived, we couldn't do anything about it because proper parts weren't ordered.... Very disappointed. However, the plumber who came the second time around was timely, properly diagnosed the situation, communicated it to me, submitted a new work order, and has been attentive since evening assigned to my unit. He is the only reason for the one star received. Thank you Dylan!
