He holds a Class II Master Plumbing license in Georgia. He entered the plumbing trade working with his grandfather, who operated a plumbing business in South Georgia. I was assigned to High Priority by my Home Warranty company (AHS). They scheduled me extremely quickly and sent out a very personable technician to work on three running toilets and a dripping bathroom faucet. I can't think of that technicians name to save my life, but he was friendly. He """"fixed"""" the toilets, even replaced a bad handle as well. He changed out something in the sink to """"stop"""" the leak, I signed my papers, paid my warranty fee and he left. Well bad news...... The drip in my sink was now a full fledge run and my toilets were running worse than they where before. So yes on one hand he was personable and friendly, but on the other hand he did awful work. So I ended up having to actually turn the water off under the sink and to the toilets to stop the run. I called High Priority and they told me to call AHS to send them out again. So I did. They sent Donny today. He discovered my toilet issues and fixed them, but unfortunately when I turned the sink water back on from underneath it refused to leak! REFUSED!!! DAGGUMIT!!!! So we waited and waited... NOTHING! Donny completed my paperwork and left. So.....just as you guessed it 15 minutes after he left, there goes the durn sink. I call High Priority and the rep immediately calls Donny for me. He returns after his current customer and fixes me up. So far so good!!!! If I don't come back for another review-I'm still in good shape, just know that Donnie and the customer service reps provided me with great service. They really saved what was originally a one star due to bad work. Wow, I had a lot to say.

The only good thing I can say about this company is that the lady on the phone is sweet and seems understanding and willing to help. Of course, that's her job...but she doesn't give attitude. With that having been said, I can't say if she even gives her superior(s) my messages or badmouths me if she does. I just know that they are not the promptest company on earth. That includes getting with you for a service call or showing up for the job. I've had the service men act condescending and interrupt me when I try to say something to them that they need to know. On the last appliance I called AHS for, it took over a year to get some kind of satisfaction. I used that term loosely, because I really wasn't satisfied. They would all do the same thing over and over which included running my water bill up and using unnecessary electricity. They wouldn't look at how old the model was until we brought it up, and then they finally decided they couldn't fix it after numerous attempts. One man they sent out and out lied about what he had said to us when he relayed the service call to his superior. They gave unbelievable estimates for the work they deemed necessary and then left the place in a ridiculous mess when they left. The last guys who came seemed to work hard, and one was very friendly and informative. I even let the company know this, but I also let them know that they should have let me know if they needed to move an appliance to check something. They were there to check my dishwasher, but they wound up moving my refrigerator for some reason. On top of the fridge, I keep antique bottles. Some of them are quite rare and irreplaceable. Maybe no one noticed any falling at the time, but after they were gone and I needed to get into the fridge, some of my bottles had been knocked over and fell onto me and then the floor. Needless to say, they broke. This happened several weeks ago, but nothing has been done about it. I called about that and how they had gone around the house digging up around the bottom and leaving quite a mess. They even dug up some flowers that I had just planted...and it takes a LOT out of me to be able to do that anymore. I've called several times since to no avail. I cancelled my policy with AHS, and plan to never use High Priority again.

We had sewage spill with fecal water damage in our home where we had a small child. Wewere told that no one from priority plumbing would be able to assist us for 48 hours. We called another company who came out the same evening.

Gee, of all the negative reviews here, and there are a lot, why are you responding to me? It wouldn't have anything to do with the fact I disputed the $75 credit card charge, right? Your constant badgering of me to """"get resolution"""" and """"do the right thing"""" seem to correlate with the CC dispute. Yes, you have a picture, we did talk and Darin was here for an hour. Your picture is blurry and shows nothing. You were essentially belittling me in our conversation while telling me I was wrong. And Darin spent a good bit of his time sitting in the van. There is no need to spin this as a positive outcome. Until you start responding to all the bad reviews here, it is obvious that you are just sore over the loss of your service charge.

The company scheduled an appointment that was quick and convenient for us. Michael arrived on time and couldn't have been more polite, knowledgable, and customer service focused. I had 3 wires chewed on my hot water heater, probably by rats. I had 2 other companies come out and tell me I needed a new hot water heater for 1300 total. They said they couldn't fix the wires or the parts. I found a few other companies who could fix the parts the wires were attached to for 450 but most of them require you to wait on parts. Then I got Joe, sent out from High Priority Plumbing. Haley agreed to send him free of charge and was very helpful on the phone; she reassured me they could repair it with the pics I sent. Joe fixed my hot water heater in 10 minutes flat in the most practical way and cost significantly less than all my other quotes. He is awesome! I don't care about fancy repairs or code upgrades, I want a skilled, service tech like him that will get it working fast, cheap, and reliably, that's what matters to me and most of us. Joe will not sell you something you don't need, such an honest man.

Don't use them!!! I got assigned them from AHS. Not only does he clearly not want to work, but said we had to get it remediated first. We did so. Now I can't get my ceiling fixed because he didn't make the """"access"""" hole. Sure, he would have had to cut the same hole to fix the leak but he didn't do it. Just lazy. Especially since it wasn't even Mold!!! NEVER AGAIN. So I hope both AHS and High Priority sees this. AHS is also loosing a customer. STAY AWAY!!!

My expensive home warranty company (AHS) assigned Derek from HIGH PRIORITY PLUMBING & SERVICES INC to fix a simple copper pipe issue. He arrived 1.5 hours late, very disrespectful attitude to both myself and my wife, and proceeded to find ways to not work on the job. He only stayed inside 2 minutes then sat in his truck for 30 minutes with AHS to get out of the job. Derek came back in and proceeded to tell me my claim was denied, and I needed to talk to the home warranty. Zero effort to diagnose the problem and apparent he just wanted to go home. He came back with a $650 quote to fix a minor copper pipe. Very dishonest, rude, and would NEVER ask them to do work. If AHS does send Derek out .. send home home.

Michael Waters was fantastic. He was very professional and detailed at the jobs that I had for him to perform (3 toilets and a tub sprayer head). He actually found a problem that another plumber did not find. I will use him from now on for all of our plumbing needs.
