Don't use if you have any issues with gas. Had a gas leak from our water heater and they were sent out by the warranty company. They came twice and told us there wasn't really a leak. We have Atlanta Gas Light come TWICE - before and after High Priority's visit and there was still a leak. HP's plumber assured us it was fine - saying the gas leak WASN'T coming from the fuel line that Atlanta Gas Light said it was coming from. Finally we called a real plumber who fixed it immediately. This plumber also said it was the fuel line connection and did the job correctly. Basically, the idiots at High Priority should not be trusted with anything. They're a lawsuit waiting to happen. Look anywhere else for plumbing needs. Edited to reflect response below: Three other professionals came out and were quickly able to smell the leak. It would behoove you to get actual equipment to test for a leak rather than rely on the smell of your technicians since that can prove to be faulty. This is especially concerning when we had the plumber come out SPECIFICALLY FOR A GAS LEAK. Please have the equipment to be ready to address the service request.

Jeff, from High Priority Plumbing, just left our home and I am thrilled with the level of service we received! We were having issues with water pressure. Jeff was very thorough in his evaluation process. I was also very inquisitive about the process and he was very patient explaining the pressure regulator to me. We now have great pressure all around the house! Thanks,Jeff, for your professionalism and follow through.

This company is extremely unprofessional. It took them 3 days to come out to address our plumbing problem and when the technician arrived, he was not only unable to fix the problem for which he was called due to lack of materials on this (large) van, but also he left abruptly denouncing his 3 other appointments that followed after mine. """"Sometimes we fix the problem, sometimes we don't"""" when I asked if problems are fixed on the first call. During our three day waiting period before he could come out, another plumbing issue arose, and the plumber refused to even look at this larger issue, because it was not on the original service order. He has time to accept another appointment, but not enough time to help a customer. Summary: don't have a home warranty and don't use this company. Would give them zero stars if it was an option but will give them one since he was on time. So much for company morals.

The technician misdiagnosed the location of a leak that flooded my basement to my warranty company, causing them to deny coverage. When I discovered the true location of the leak, he refused to admit his mistake even after being shown a picture of it. He was rude and hung up me as I tried to explain this. I had to hire another plumber who came out and easily fixed the issue. I now have to fight for reimbursement from the warranty company. I would never recommend this kind of person to do any work of any kind in a person's home. Update: the comment below is a lie. The technician never came back out to our home to see the leak. Do not use this company.

7 phone calls later, arguing with customer service representatives on times they committed to but had scheduled service for two days later. The process started off well with getting an appointment. It was the follow up and follow through that was non existent. This company was assigned through American Home Shield, my home warranty company. I was so aggravated with this entire experience that I am seriously considering canceling my AHS home warranty policy. Rest assured, my first and last time using this plumbing company. 12/21 UPDATE: I reviewed the comment posted by High Priority Plumbing. It is 100% incorrect. I had no pipes that were leaking outside of my home. High Priority's technician stated that the faucet fixture INSIDE MY HOUSE was defective from the manufacturer. It had nothing to do with anything outside of my house. A new faucet was ordered and installed by my warranty company with no issues on that front. Again, GET YOUR FACTS straight before responding to mislead consumers who want to make informed decisions.

Darrin was rude from the start. Walked in and immediately said the warranty company wouldn't cover it, but he could do it for $189. After reading other Yelp reviews, I think that's pretty typical for this company. They tell you insurance won't cover it and they charge you individually on top of the $75 you pay for the service charge. Don't use this company.

Arrived. Looked at the toilet. Sat in his truck for 20 minutes on the phone. Came in and told me our toilet wasn't covered by the warranty that covers toilets. Apparently he described our broken toilet as a 'pre-existing' condition to the home warranty people even though it clearly broke last week. I think he was just lazy. When you talk to the home warranty people ask for a different company.

The name is very ironic. I had to hound them for weeks to get an appointment through American Home Shield. Then they no-showed, and didn't show the courtesy to even call. Very disappointing. I would recommend another plumber. Anyone else but these guys.

Customer service was responsive, helpful, and courteous. Plumber was knowledgeable, neat, and did a good job. My only negative is 2 missed appointments. Not too cool when you've had a busted sump pump for 2 weeks.

Three words: Ask for Eric. Thank you to High Priority Plumbing for fixing my exterior hose bibs with such efficiency and timeliness. Eric is the best plumber I've ever seen, knows everything and explains what's happening before fixing it. You've got a great thing going with Eric and your sweet schedulers. Thank you High Priority, for making your customers first!
