I briefly talked with Greg when setting up my appointment this is directed at his subordinate he was flaky and not al dependable I had to be on top of him to find out what was going on and eventually gave up as I was given the impression that he didn't care and it showed in our communication and I'm still at square one since he never came back after the initial diagnosis.

Kody and Daniel came out within 20 minutes of me calling them for a shower that was filling up with sewage. They were very friendly, professional and informative. The price was fair for the job preformed and they went over and above to remove the clog without charging me extra to remove an additional toilet. They cleaned up with a disinfectant after they were done and I was so impressed with them and the experience as a whole. I didn't have the best experience with the company but the owner dealt with my issues once he was aware of them. We ended up using a different company to fix our issues. I think it depends on which person from the company works on your equipment on whether or not you will have a good experience.
