We corresponded with Chris from High Five several times with promises to come out for 2 days straight. However, after multiple promises that he would come out, he never did and eventually ghosted us. Would not recommend!

Chris provided us with excellent service! We had a gas leak emergency a couple of months ago and he came out the same day to solve the problem for us. He was very thorough and professional, and he kept me informed throughout the whole process. I would not hesitant to use him again. I am just so glad he was able to help us out when he did.

High Five Plumbing seems like they do a great job at plumbing, but I'll never know because we are apparently not able to communicate. For some reason, HFP pays for the "Request a Quote" feature, which induces customers to write to them with questions, but then responds by referring all inquiries to call their office. It's a waste of people's time to have us take the time to type things out and answer the quote system's questions, only to ignore everything we've said and tell us to call (where we will then have to repeat everything we wrote). If a company does not want to deal with electronic communication, it seems sensible not to advertise such options.

After explaining my plumbing issues over the phone, Chris recommended acquiring the faucet of our choice prior to the appointment in order to expedite the process. He was on time and efficient. He also resolved a household slow drain issue. I called him a few days later with a related question and he made several suggestions/remedies that I could do myself. Chris phoned a few days later to see if my issues had been resolved. I was happy to report that his recommendations resolved the issues. I would use and recommend Chris and High Five Plumbing to family and friends that are looking for an honest and trustworthy plumber.

My garbage disposal was recalled and needed the new one replaced. Left a message on Chris's voice mail and received a call back within 10 minutes. Scheduled an appointment for 9AM and he arrived early. Replaced my disposal and was very considerate of keeping the kitchen clean. He even identified a problem with the piping under the sink and trimmed the pipes for a better fit. I highly recommend him.
