The technicians (David and Jordan) showed up less than an hour after I called with an emergency hot water heater burst, and efficiently and expertly installed a new water heater, up to code (which it hadn't been) with shut offs and clear directions on how to use it going forward. They cleaned up EVERYTHING and were just si pleasant and capable the whole time they were here. Plumbers in their services are so important to have at the ready, and High Elevation Plumbing is the best I've ever experienced. I would recommend them to anyone!

We had High Elevation Plumbing in today to help us find a covered up water shut off valve. They did an amazing job of finding it behind drywall. They cleaned up, showed up on time, and very professional. I am planning on using them to correct a job that was done previously. I highly recommend them. A 5 star company. 10/10 would recommend, lol. But really, these guys did an excellent job! Our drain pipe in our kitchen had a slow leak (that we were unaware of) and one night it just decided to turn into a big mess. David was the only person to give me a call back in a timely manner and that in itself I was appreciative of! They came out and figured everything out and quoted me along the way. No surprises! They did a great job of replacing the damaged pipe and the terrible do it yourself job under the sink that we had the pleasure of dealing with for years. Very clean and thorough the whole time too!

Not only was Dave on time for our scheduled appointment, answered all my questions, estimated the cost at more than a reasonable price but was also able to replace the part within the scheduled time frame that day.
