Would give zero stars if possible . All I needed was a vent relplaced on my kitchen sink not only did he not fix the vent but he broke my brand new 200 dollar faucet that was installed 2 days before . He won't answer my calls etc . He ask for payment before going to your house now you know why! People like this are scum and shouldn't be able to conduct business ripping people off

Do not use this company!! He lied to us about pricing and did not disclose his service fee. Plus he wanted more money for the job that he couldn't even do from the start!! He has also threaten an employee of ours!! Very unprofessional and a big concern! Don't waste your time and money with this guy!!

Came very late to my house. Could not unplug my toilet in which it was plug by a poop. Also said we need a new toilet. Smelt like he had just smoked weed before he came over. When arriving hear he had someone drop him off and he had very little equipment. His paper says he is unlicensed.

Very upset with service or lack of service provided by Robert. I waited around my house all day on Saturday for an appointment that I arranged with him on Thursday! He eventually called and said he could not make it and said he would be by today at 9:00. Again he did not show up! Total flake will Never call him again!!!!!

As a property owner of over 20 units in the High Desert my normal plumber is out for several months due to health issues. So, I had to find a new company and read the few Yelp reviews for Guaranteed Plumbing and called out Robert, he came out as scheduled and cleared my drain Temporarily...Robert stated he had a 30 day guarantee, that made me feel good to know if he didn't do the clean out correctly he would be back and I would not incur any further costs. Sure enough the next day my tenants called me up and Robert said he assured me he would be out there and NEVER showed up, so at 6 pm in the evening I had to find a new company...He last text read: I am not going to make out and my phone is dead...WTF He never called me back, so I had to hire a new company and they fixed the problem...I would NEVER use Guaranteed Plumbing ever again. So please be aware of the way he conducts business and his customers.
