This company did the work in the field and passed inspection but their ability to produce accurate invoices and fair changes to the contract is poor. Also, they are constantly complaining about not getting paid even though the terms of the contract they signed is very clear about how and when they get paid. For example, they'll send you an invoice and then a few days later send crappy texts about how they have waited so long and that your payment is way over due. Apparently the owner and his book keeper don't communicate well.
If you want a plumber who can do the plumbing part of the work but can't honor a contract he signed, produce fair pricing for any changes to the contract and communicate nicely to clear up his confusion about payments, then Steve is your man.

I was so happy with this company! My water heater died, and I called Steve. He came out the next day with a brand new Rheems heater, took my old heater out, and installed the new one within 2 hours. He took the old heater away and cleaned up after himself. He and his son Josh, who works with him and is also a master plumber, are friendly, courteous, and seemed reasonably priced to me. I would recommend them to anyone.

We are building a custom home and hired this company to complete the plumbing. WOW..they damaged our jetted tub...then Mike yells at my husband saying he (Mike) almost lost his job over the tub he damaged (Mike damaged the tub)! However...the tub was replaced because our builder wouldn't settle. Mike told my husband we bought cheap plumbing fixtures at Lowes (Delta Products...not cheap!), and was complaining about us not going through ""their"" dealer...G.T. Sanders...however Mike was mad he didn't get his commissions because we didn't use Sanders! Then Mike proceeds to tell my husband he is done and not coming back...they still haven't connected the dishwasher and they refused to hang the shower bar! I would never recommend this company to anyone because of their lack of workmanship, their horrible attitude, their lack of integrity, their ridiculous fees...and the mere fact they didn't finish their job! If any work needs to be done at my new home...I will be calling a different plumbing company!! I am going to the Better Business Bureau with all of my complaints...hopefully they can help us!

I never leave reviews, but in this case i want buyers to beware! Steve may be a good plumber but his bids are vague and he does not honor them! He was asked to rebid my house before ground break and said his 1st bid was still good, but then is trying to charge me $900.00 for the rough in only of a prep sink on a new construction house, but only credited $150.00 off bid for a 2nd sink in a bathroom which included sink and facet. (Just one example) After completion of rough in and the bill was so high, he was requested to give a finishing price bid without fixtures because I could not get fixtures I liked at a decent price through him. I recieved a hand written bid that I followed to the T. His final bill was double his written bid!! I would never recommend him nor would use him again. Very shady business man and believes he can get away with charging whatever he wants even if you stick to his bids! Expect to pay 30 to 50% more then his bid.
