I just bought a house and the dryer vent was disconnected and venting into my crawlspace instead of outside. I hired Simon to fix it and he did a great job! He was on-time, prepared, and worked quickly. He sent me pictures of the fix when he was done and I was able to pay him via Zelle. I definitely plan to use him for future house projects as he proved to be super reliable and easy to work with!

high class handyman is great Simon came by. Added a kitchen hood above the stove where we didn't have one before. He added a custom cut door to one of the bedrooms which he cut himself snd fitted. Fixed some electrical issues. All around amazing job. Will recommend for sure

First time client here. Simon is the best. I needed help with installing a through the wall AC unit but first removing the 20 year old unit that had been painted over and was screwed into the wall. Simon is prompt, polite, helpful (even suggested which unit i should buy before coming to install) and warm. Worked overtime to get my unit installed. Would definitely work with him again.

The door sill (the bottom part of the door frame you step over when you go through the door) on our back door is exposed to the elements and was rotted out. It needed replacement. The job was not straightforward because of the difference in level between the floor and the porch, and because of subfloor supports.
Simon responded to my inquiry right away, gave me an estimate including materials, and agreed to come out the next day.
He arrived on time, analyzed the situation, discussed options, went to get the necessary supplies, and replaced the door sill with materials that were better and more efficient than the original.
He consulted with us throughout the process to be sure he was doing what we wanted him to do.
A good job done quickly and efficiently at a reasonable price by a pleasant person.

Absolutely fantastic. Simon was extremely detail oriented and showed up perfectly on time of the appointment. I had a hole in the wall above a 20ft stairwell that he patched and painted flawlessly. Also had some stair trim issues and peeling paint that he fixed superbly as well. His price was also fair for the work he did.

Simon did a great job removing our old ceiling lamp and replacing it with a ceiling fan with dimmable led and a new wall switch. Simon is an electrician, so he was able to add a neutral wire which the fan/light combo required. The work was quality, the price was fair, and the service was responsive and friendly. Will definitely call again for other projects in the future!
