Don't call High 5. They will give you an astronomically high estimate and apply tons of pressure to sell you.

This happened to me, then I read other reviews and realized this is their pattern.

Talking to other plumbers, they confirmed High 5 has this reputation.

The plumbers are trained salespeople who will hound you with persistent calling and pressure to work with them right away. My plumber kept calling me ""dear""

They wanted me to do $20K worth of work. A second plumber not with High 5 said -- $1200. And the other plumber actually had insight on how to avoid the issue moving forward.

Contacted my warranty to help with an emergency plumbing issue. They contacted High 5 Plumbing, who said they would come out the next day any time from 12-2. Low and behold they don't show up, because they thought I didn't confirm the time. However, we confirmed with our warranty company and who then confirmed with the plumbing company. Regardless, we rescheduled for 4-6 the same day. 4pm comes around and I decide to call and check their ETA. High 5 Plumbing decided to cancel the appointment, without notifying me or the warranty company. Had I not called I would have had no idea. All this time my family has no access to water. This company is completely unreliable, especially in emergency situations. Do yourself a favor and find another plumbing company. There's so many good ones out there. High 5 Plumbing is not one of them.

They did a fantastic job keeping me informed of the timetable, and when they arrived, they looked at my ""problem"" and confirmed it did not need to be fixed. I verified if I wanted to upgrade how much it would be--and thanked us before fulfilling the free estimate.

I was referred to High 5 when I had sump pump problems in the rainy spring of 2023. They responded quickly and fixed the problem (needed new pumps). I bought an annual service contract with them after that. I have had them out for a plumbing inspection and sewer line scoping, which were included at no additional cost in that contract. All the technicians--Larry, Morgan, and Hunter--were great. They were on time, professional, and respectful of my property. Unfortunately, the estimates for some needed work were out of my league.

Absolutely completely unprofessional. I called to have a simple drain snaked/ cleared.
They guarantee a work order time between two and four I sent a message to make sure everything was on track and on schedule... Did not hear back, so then reached out via telephone. I was told someone would be on their way. 15 minutes later I was told the availability window would be another two hours later... Literally ruined my Saturday waiting around for nothing. Very disappointed and how unprofessional Company

I had a great experience with High 5 Plumbing. My garbage disposal wasn't working (turns out it was clogged) and the technician Dan was able to fix it quickly. Since it was such a quick repair he didn't even charge me for the trip, and he showed me how to fix it myself next time. I will definitely reach out to High 5 for any future plumbing needs!

We had High 5 Plumbing install three new toilets and three faucets. Amanda was primary on the job. She and her colleague were fantastic---on time, professional, efficient, and thorough beyond our expectations. We can recommend this company and Amanda in particular, with enthusiasm, for any plumbing job.

High 5 was available when others weren't. Provided a link to monitor the reps eta. On time, reviewed the issue with me and evaluated the situation. Made a common sense suggestion which seems to have solved the problem without expensive unnecessary action. Provided links to other trade professionals that they are associated with which offer discounts. With regard to my call, I am completely satisfied that the company is first rate.
